[Resolved] Regional Passport Office Bangalore — Delay in passport processing | |||
According to the new passport seva kendras, police verification for passport applications should be done within 21 days. Mine was already 15 days and I had to travel urgently. So I went to the police station myself for the verification. And I had to bribe the officer there!!! Even after that its been 5 days now, and my passport is nowhere to be seen. Wonder how many more officers I'll have to bribe to get the passport, and that too when its their job to do it!! The new passport seva kendra helpline is also so useless. They hardly provide you with any information. After you go to the seva kendra, you get to know a whole new set if crappy laws (wonder if they are correct!!). And you can't even argue with anyone there, because they might mess up with you passport!! I hope the situation improves soon and it would be so much better if the passport fees are reduced, since we have to bribe the police or other officers anyway! Was this information helpful? | |||

I had been applied my wife passport for renewual in the month of april end . i send file with police enquiry .My file no is BNGZ-150038/10,[protected], D.O .B = 12/05/1979. We came personnaly to office about equiry the lady said it delivery with 1month and half now al ready two and half month. my has to come Qatar urgent i am her sick . please take urgent action to deliver her passport . please give me feed back when it will deliver my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

I have check with the commissioner office that it has been submitted to rpo office on nov 12th with the police report. Its very critical for me as i may get terminated from the office because of non submission of the passport. Please do something from your end. Please do something so that i can get my passport. I am getting terminated from thge office for that. Please any one do something to process the request.
