My file reference no is BNGA02478509. I applied for it on 30/12/2009. I had two addresses for verification.The verification for my current address has got over in March 2010. My file status showed that it has an objection and I need to meet superintendent in passport office. I had posted a letter on 14th May 2010, with all duly completed PP form cum copies of all addresses proofs. FYI: Police verification has been initially done on 06/Feb/2010, 20/Feb/2010 and on 21/Feb/2010 by Mr. Rouli (Cell: [protected]), Madiwala Police Station, with a sum of Rs. 200/- (non refundable) and duly signed by Inspector, Madiwal PS on 06/Mar/2010. Initially all the Passport applications was filled with the help and guidance of Mr. Muhammed Unais (Cell: [protected] and [protected]), Travel Co-Ordinator, Alhind, Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd, Madiwala, Tel: [protected] / 4422. I am not getting where my application is stuck. But as on May 19, 2010 my one year stay has been completed in my current address itself. So is it necessary for my previous address verification. I dont know what is to be done. Kindly help me.

RPO- bangalore — delay in issue of Passports

Sir,

I have applied for issue of fresh passport for my parents,(senior citizens)
in Bangalore-1 office, R.T.Nagar branch on 08/04/2010, vide file no: BNGB[protected] & BNGB[protected], date of submission 08/04/2010.

Its more than 40 days now, till date I haven't received either of the passports.
I have checked the status of these passports on the website, but for the past 08 days the status shows "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing."

am really worried, as I don't know where to enquire other than the website.

I sincerely request you to please reply to my qureies.

Since I had come from ahmedabad 2nd police verification from ahmedabad was also requd and i have been informed from ahmedabad that it has been done.

Kindly inform me what is the problem for issuing the passport in my name.

Can any one tell is there any person or dept. who is reading copmplains and try to solve this problem. If government is not capable of handle this, better give passport dept. to private hands. coz government officals and police are only for bribe and timepass they are not for work. They dont have there targets date and work commitment they are there only for bribe, timepass and give problems to common man one after other . they not even listen there problems. Now for new passport gov had started that passport seva kendra that is appricated . Now pressure is much less on kormangla office to excute only pending files they are not even doing best to complete all the pending cases. infact they even dont know there passport site is not properly working that appointment session is showig page not display error

Hi, my name is Mohamad Nasir, and I need to complain that I have applied for PCC on 22/03/2010 which is not yet delivered to me till date (29/06/2010), I have made a several attempts but to no avail, hence please let me knw where i can make complains about this issue as I have lost my job in Saudi Arabia due to this. Bangalore RPO — Delay for issuing Passport

Dear Sir

I am Mohammed Firos Khan, i had applied for my passport application date was 18/06/08, File Reference Number : B01813508, My Date of birth 16/05/1986, i born in bangalore, but as i am staying with my parents in rented house i dont have one year stay at the same address, the address from where i appleid for passport in 2008 from there i shifted my residence.

And from 1st March 2009 i am staying in a new address. in the month of Feb 2010 i went to pass port office enquired as the status online was showing as Police Verification not Received.they told me to get One year stay proof. and a letter from my company.

But after i came from the passport office the Status changed to 'Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing.'so i was waiting for the passport but i didn't get.

And on 19 May 2010 i visited the Passport office and enquired regarding the same. but at the counter they told me to drop me the below mentioned documents in the dropbox placed outside the Office..and they also said with in 15 days you will get your passport.

1.PP Form. 2
2.Request Letter
3.Attested Copy of House Rental Agreement ( Residing at the present address from 1st March 2009 )
4.Attested Copy of Ration Card
5.Reference Letter From Working Company( Working at the Same company from 8th September 2008 )

Still i didn't get my passport.Can you please help me to get my Passport as i am waiting from a very long time

Regional Passport Office- Bangalore — Delay in issue of Passport

I have applied for the passport on 24-Apr-2010. Police verification completed on 9-May-2010. And Police Verification report has been sent to the RPO on 28-May-2010(Confirmed by Commisioner of Police office).
The status of my application says that Police Verification Report is not received yet. I have tried to contact the RPO by phone and e-mail. No reply. Then escalated to Chief Passport Officer in the month of June. But no reply from RPO bangalore.

As it is urgent, I request you to look into this.

Regional Passport Office, Koramangala — 7 Months Delay in Passport Issuance

It is with high regret that I am writing this request on dealy from RPO, Bangalore in issuing the passport to my son by almost 7 months.

I have submitted the personal particular form at the enquiry counter almost 5 times for the psat 4 months but with no use. Everytime passport office people has excuses of Office automation and missing papers.

I tried converting to Tatkal as the police verification at Bangalore is complete but the passport office people say they are waiting for Police Verification from Trivandrum. When I enquired at Trivandrum SP office as well as the police station in the limits of my Son's school police confirms that they have not received the application at all. If they have sent to Trivandrum how did the forms reach Bangalore Police Station? I am sure this has not happened. As a general public what am I supposed to do. I would appreciate if you take some action immediately to send my son's application for police verification at Kerala so that I can convert to Tatkal after this.

I request you to issue the passport at the earliest as he has to go for his higher education in September 2nd week for which the application for UK Student visa has to be completed latest by September 1st week failing which he will lose his 1 year
