Hello Sir/Madam, This mail is in regards to the passport applications submitted by my parents with the file numbers HYDH[protected]fresh passport) and HYDL[protected] Renewel of passport) on Aug 9,2010. The police hasnt come for verification yet as its been over a month since the applications were submitted with all the relavent documents at Khairatabad E-seva centre, Hyderabad, India. The status updated on your website is that the police verification hasnt received. The police hasnt come for verification yet as its been over a five months since the applications were submitted with all the relavent documents at passport office Hyderabad, India.
The status updated on your website is that the police report has not been received. I kindly request you to check the issue and arrange for the police verification as soon as possible.
