I have applied for my PF refund through Accenture services PVT ltd on the 21st of July, and was informed that I would receive the refund in one month's time but i still have not recieved the amount. Any information will be appreciated.

my Pf refund application form was subbmited by the company in the month of March... before the money been deposited to the account... i have closed my bank account which i have given for the money to be deposited...

Is there any way that i can change my bank account number, so that my pf refund would be deposited...

i have been to PF office in Bangalore near richmond circle. nobody is ready to help me... they do not have curtusy even to listen to the problem... they simply ask for accnoledgment slip, which i dont have because the company have submitted...

please help me... if there is any way i can apporch them
