PF Office — PF refund

Dear Sir,

My name is Betsy Mary Thomas worked with Wockhardt Hospital, Cunningham, Bangalore. I joined there on 10th May, 2005. During my service, I have been transferred to Wockhardts Bannerghatta from where I resigned on 16th May, 2007.

When I had applied for my Provident Fund refund in the second time(there was no response for the first application)in the year 2009, the application had returned. The reason mentioned in the application was “I am not eligible for the scheme since my date of Joining and leaving did not coincide with actual date”.

As per records, there are two A/c. No. KN/14541/05098 and KN/14541/01056.

Kindly advice me how can I get my refund.

Please give me an update on my PF amount and PF refund application form was submitted on 5th Augest 2010 through Network Soluation solution Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Till date refund is not credited to my account.
Pls let me know when it will be credited.

I have been trying to contact bangalore PF office, i think i have called more than 100 times for sure however they are not picking up the call, i have sent a mail this time. Whenever i check the status online, it says its under process. I had submitted my form in June 2011. Kindly let me know soon i can get my PF amount. My PF number is KN/BN/19093/884.
