Today[protected].55 pm I have spoken to Mr Rathan who is help less and promise me that in 24 hours it will be solved. so far 7 months are completed and refund of Rs 400 is due. Kindly look in the mater and refund my money.

Reliance Big Flix — Non delivery of service
My customer id is 41015967. I had applied for a renewed membership after expiry of the first year. However, Big Flix closed down the store without even prior information. After much struggle, I tried to call them when they promised to deliver the DVDs at home. This, they did only a couple of times. I would end up waiting for them to turn up, and they would never show up. Despite repeated complaints and innumerable calls, they did not bother to initiate an action or come up with a solution. However, now as expected, promptly they send me a renewal reminder which I think is definitely ridiculous! I want to sue the company for cheating me and want my money BACK!Reshmi
