Reliance Big T.V — No Separate Component Audio Signals
I bought Big T.V dish since they introduced in public(about 11 months ago). My Dish problem is they gave component signals output but they didn't give Audio signal output sothat when I switched off and on any electronic appliences at home, the picture disappearce and appearce. I called many times and registered many complaints to customer care, but their is no use. I wasted my money to speak with different local distributers. At lost they told me they can't do anything.Please rescue me in this horrible situation. I bought Big T.V dish since they introduced in public(about 11 months ago). Yes. I agree with Satya Prakash in this regard. I've been subjected to same problem.

Bigtv/Reliance — Complaints not addressed
Dear SirURGENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNWILLING TO ADDRESS THIS COMPLAINT TO SAVE THEIR OWN SKIN AS IT WAS THEIR TECHNICIAN WHO HAD ENTERED THE WRONG CODE.
Big tv purchased in the name of Ajitha Nair, invoice dated 27/08/2008, invoice no: [protected], from Reliance webworld E-5/7 Bittan Market Opp Habibganj Police Station Bhopal M.P. Webworld code 10002. Total amount paid 3990 for the South Max package.

After receiving the south max channels for a few days the service has been reverted to the basic package.
After one week of the above, the first complaint was registered with the customer service at[protected] on 22/09/08, complaint number 76379967. We were advised our complaint will be addressed in 24 hours. After 24 hours the second complaint was registered, the same complaint number, and was advised the complaint will be rectified in 48 hours. Then there was the third complaint, fourth, fifth sixth, and we stopped counting today on 30/09/08. On 25/09/08 We had sent a detailed email to [protected]@bigtv.co.in and again on 30/08/09, but had no response and we were not at all surprised.
We would consider the inaction as shortage in services and so would anybody. I do request that if they cannot address my genuine complaint to kindly advice me how I may return their much hyped but useless to me Big tv and get a refund.
These people do not give any number of thier higher ups and the customer is left with calling one single number given above again and again until they are frustrated.
