[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Change in offered pack from premium to lite pack

I had purchased big Tv on this Diwali.At that time i had paid Rs. 2690 i.e. premium pack for six months. But when at instalation time due to the mistake of engineer who was came for installation wrong pack was activated. Even after complain they are not able to solve it & moreover telling me to recharge more amount of voucher to get premium pack (additional Rs. 1100) So it really a very bad service from their. So why they are hiring such engineer who are not having enough knowledge about the instalation.So necessary to take corrective steps against company.
