Wrong customer care no shared on tv/web site — [protected], [protected]... Getting response "you have dialed wrong no).

Last 2 month they remove star tv pkg,,, which resumed last week, we missed ipl
From last week zee tv pkg removed getting error...
From last 2 days signal are coming very poor, screen is getting pause after 2 sec... Its look like we are seeing video with low net connection streaming.

No idea where to connect, to whom contact...

    Our relaince dish tv is not working since 15 days. And customer care numbers also not working. Please do the needful and start our dish tv immediately. Relaince company is doing fraud with public. They charged 2200/- for one year subscription. But in three months it's not working. Please return our hard and earned money. We also will go to tri for doing complaint against relaince compy if our dish tv not started immediately.

    I booked a independent tv connection on[protected] and I received a customer ID ([protected]) and a message that the connection installed in 10-15 days but since then connections has not been installed nor there is any response from them. Please resolve my problem.

      We have so much request & complain to your due to service of dth channel has been stopped & barred by you. Many of the movie, entertainment, sports, news channels are has been blocked by independent tv dth. So you requested to return our money back otherwise the complaint will be filed against you in the consumer courts due to not refund of payment. Neither you have refund our money nor given dth services as per your terms & conditions at the time of booking & taken advance. If the payment not refund within a week consumer harassment & fraud case will be filed against you.

          Reliance digital tv alias Independent TV allured and established a lot of connections with their said Mahabachat Plan with some 300 channels display assured for a year priced at Rs. 2000 for a year. But all English movie and news channels and alongside other Hindi channels like UTV movies and Star Gold Select, and Soni Sports etc have been removed by now. Only a few basic channels with other free and alike channels are now available on tv with their on and off shattering performances. It is horrible contacting them to explain their policies clearly as regards the aforesaid complaints. It is highly objectionable that promises made at the beginning and display performance are not maintained by them.
          I appeal to the CG Government to
          Investigate in the matter and thereby help the customers affected by the promises and services made at Independent TV's end. I hope that more and more customers should come forward in this regard to lodge their protests.

          आप का महाबचत प्लान महाधोखा सिद्ध हो रहा है। क्यों कि -
          1/ तीन- चार सौ हिंदी अंग्रेजी स्पोर्ट्स वगैरह चैनल
          साल भर दिखाने का लालच देकर अंत में बहुत सारे चैनल आप ने बंद कर दिए हैं।
          2/ बचे हुए स्टार, कलर, सोनी, जी टी वी के पैकेज से भी हर पैकेज एक एक करके बंद करके फिर चालू करने का दिलासा दिया जा रहा है।
          3/ किसी प्रकार जो बीस-पचीस चैनल चल रहे थे वे भी ठीक से नहीं प्रसारित हो रहे हैं। हमेशा टी वी पर चैनल फ्रीज़ पड़े रहते हैं।
          कृपया साफ तौर पर ग्राहकों को सूचित करें कि -
          1/ आप की कठिनाई क्या है और वादे के तहत कितने कौन से चैनल निश्चित रूप से साल भर दिखाएंगे।
          2/ ये जो चैनल हटाने घटाने और बचे खुचों का भी प्रसारण गड़बड़ करने की मुहिम चल रही है उसका क्या खामियाजा आप देंगे।
          निवेदन है कि ग्राहकों से धोखेबाजी और घटिया प्रसारण से समय काटने की मुहिम फौरन बंद करके उपर्युक्त प्रश्नों का उत्तर दें या फिर मिनिमम कटौती करते हुए असंतुष्ट ग्राहकों को सेट टॉप बॉक्स लौटाने और बाकी रकम वापस पाने का विकल्प प्रदान करें।
          आप की ओर से स्पष्ट उत्तर और समाधान न मिलने पर उपभोक्ता फोरम में शिकायत करने और
          वादाखिलाफी तथा खराब सर्विस के विरुद्ध हर्जाना वसूलने की मजबूरी ही बचेगी जिसके जिम्मेदार आप होंगे ।

          I booked RBIG TV on 9th March with booking id 17500230. After booking, i got a message installation will be done in 30 to 45 days. But, it's been approx 13 months, but till now it's not installed even i didn't received any message or call from reliance side regarding installation. Now, i want my money back.

            Last 3 days independent has stopped broadcasting zee channels... For the same when i asked customer care they replied it will resume in 2 days and they are not ready registered a complaint even after 5 days... Today i got same reply again that wait for 2-3 days... And before few days star channel were stopped for 15-20 days.. And still not credit any benefits of that... Now same issue in zee channels... And all channels have disturbance issue from 5th may..
            I told customer care to register a complain but they refused to register and also take my 34 minutes on call... And now i am trying again and again to call they are not responding..
            Please take as action on this asap.. I already paid full amount of one year package... Very frustrated from this independent provider.. Pls take an action asap please please

            hello sir there is the main problem that the company not replying any way ...i called customer care ..they are not registering complaint and told only fixed sentence "wait 12 hours" i am getting this reply since last 6 days ...the customer care executive told that we will arrange a callback for you within 24 hours but even after 4 days ..no any calls or message from company ..they gave a number to the customers that "Give us missed call on 976406990, we will contact you " i gave so many missed calls but no any response from the company ... I know you are asking any complaint number or response from company so you can take an action against it... But actually Customer care executives are not ready to register a complain, , they are not sending any emails, not replying any calls, missed calls and their call center number is also chargeable, 1800 419 1234 ::::::still we called there and hold till 20-40 minutes but the company is not giving response i pay for the year in advance ..now i need help from you please my contact number 8000732174 / 8849943285 [email protected]

              I took 2 connections of independent tv in december after a month hd channels stopped working then english channels and then kids channels and now zee pack is disabled from the company, i am highly upset with the promises done by the company and now they are turning off lot of channels slowly and slowly which is creating a headache to us. Also tried calling the customer care and waiting for 30 minutes but call got disconnected again.
              I need a refund for both of my connections now or start what all channels promised in the beginning from your side which includes all the hd channels and normal channels.

                  Since last week i am training to get rid of error6 from my independent tv connection, but customer care is not helping out. They are just saying a technician will visit in 24 hours since last sunday (28/04/2019) but no one has yet came to resolve and calling again to customer care. They are stating the same that technician will come just have patience. Already 5 days are over how much patience independent tv needs from a customer to resolve an issue.

                        The customer care support is very bad. First you promised yearly pack, now you have changed. Now iam trying to change my regional pack to telugu from one month, but there is no response from your side.                             The star channels are not been forecasted by reliance big tv since 15 days. This is my second complaint. No action has been taken by the regarding authority. Also the customer card number is not picking up the call. The urgent and strict action should be taken against the company. Even then if i’ll not get the response against this, i’ll proceed further to the consumer court.

                                  I have booked connection on 1st march 2018, booking id 12503778. After many follow ups, your customer care denied always for installation of new connection. It should have been installed within 45 days as per your promise but you have failed. Kindly return my rs 499 with compensation otherwise i will take legal action against your company.

                                    There are many channels in your setup box are not available... And since 1 weak the package os star channels are also blocked... Please resolve all these problem there are many consumers of independent dish you cheated on us... If there you will be not actioned on it i will be go to the court on the case of cheating with your consumer's... At that day you will not open the hd channels but block all star channels or another chanels upto 100 channels missing in your setup box... So kindly resolve all these problem...

                                      For the last one week we are not getting the star channels... No response when i try to contact their customer care. I try customer care but i can't connected to them we are giving all the. Money and can't see ipl this is vey bad service i ever see company take all the charges and we can't watch the channels we want please take an action against it. Thank you

                                      Iam very very unhappy of your service from last 1 year our setupbox is not working we have rechgre at 3 or 4 times then also its not working its just showing again rechegr frst i dnt knw what is the problem... Please send the service engineer or technician to correct that one
                                      We subscribed independent tv for ₹2500 per year which assured 300 channels but we are experiencing a lot of disturbance and stoppage.If this is not corrected soon we will complaint to consumer court.

                                        From Morning I am unable to view any channels on my Independent TV. Made many complaints on their Web portal no response. Made many calls on Customer care but in vain. Why Govt can't look into this? They have cheated with poor service. Will appreciate if Independent TV can reply back.

                                        Given a call back to the Technician who have install this, but he is not replying back. Feels like they have lootere my money and given back the mental harresment.
                                        Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have made on line payment of Rs.499 about march-April 2018 but due to any problem of Reliance and asked for refund, so please refund my payment at the earliest.
