Why BIG TV not change their LOGO. Lot of people send feedback to BIG TV. But no response from BIG TV. BIG TV not consider about their customer. BIG TV have poor customer care and poor service. BIG TV HD DVR have lot of problems like component port not working in sony tv. BIG TV only talk, we will add more no of HD channels as well as normal channels. But nothing happen.
