i own 52 reliance big t.v connection i could not recharge it properly they are collecting the money and telling that it has been recharched but not reflected if i ask in reliace web world they are telling to contact toll no if i contact toll no they are telling to contact the dealer my money is all waste . i could not contact any senor officer or any one no proper response. worst service can any one help me!!!

respected Shrimanlast 2years i m relience custmer . my problem is,i m recharge in my mobile 50/-Rs date-29.5.11 .time.10;30.pm.then i will informed(10;40pm) to custmer care (198) my massage pack not subcribe in this month.they tell me that "ok sir your request accepted give me that quree no[protected].then next day in my account 29/-Rs.diducted ten i m also informed to custmer care(198) then tell me that answer your question is solve in 48hrs.today 1.6.2011 time11;56am my rs is not refunded.i also contact to cutmer care they tell me your Rs not giving back.
Shriman i also know that relience is very big industry and i m one comman man.i also trust on indian law.because i m indian man.but you cannt solve my problem i m contact upper leval. it's a request. thank's you

When ever we switch on the TV, we are frustrated to see the same message all the time "Error 400 - no signal due to bad weather condition". Earlier we never faced this problem except when weather conditions are really bad.Smart Card error

Reliance Big T.V. — Refund of Charge
Respected Sir,i have lodged a complaint regarding Stb problem on Dt.03/10/2010 but The company engineer or Offricer neither visit my home nor resolve my STB probelm and then after a Week Means saturday the company has closed my complaint and deduct the charge of 175/- Rs. from my deposit without any solution of my complaint. then company has blocked broadcasting at my Big t.v. connection. It is the mistake that company has deducted Rs.175/- without resolve my problem, I face too much problem at your side. So you are requested to look inn the matter and solve my problem to refund of Rs.175/- and start the broadcasting at my Big T.V. Connection
