[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Channel Packages | |||
Hi Sir, I have Reliance BIG TV installed at my home from last two year. My account no is[protected]. I was take monthly package 225rs per monthly, but I have update last recharge as 2157rs as on 8th March 2013. After recharge yearly package I lost some channels, where I recharge as confirmed by reliance customer care for the same package and same channels at same amount for the one year. I called customer care for the same problem many time, but they every time misguide to me. In my last communication, they are saying like: lost channels are not available in yearly package (2157).
