[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — universal remote not mapped with my DVD

Dear Sir/Madam
Last month[protected] i purchased Relaince HD DVR connection, universal remote failed to mapped on the installation day, they said other team will come and mapp this remote, but nobody come after 5 days, then i made complaint on 14-07-10 but the technician has came on 19-07-10 and mapped my TV only not with DVD system
Then exalted this issue many times to customer service, finally 27-09-10 technician visited my house and took my LG DVD remote for make mapping on its head office,they took 3 days after they come concluded LG remote have some problem so we unable to do mapping.
Then i contact LG customer service to check my remote, they certified that your remote was fine
After that i got call from Relaince CC on 06-10-10 saying that ur LG remote is fine but ur model is not able to mapp with your DVD player(said by Mr fredrick- team leader, we tried a lot but we cant mapp this to ur LG dvd player of model no HT924, he also confirms this model will not mapp with our universal remote in all over india)
so hence i request you to take this issue as high priority and do the needfull
please tell me whether i have to continue your service or not
I[censored] fail to do this please take your HD DVR set and return my money

5 times mailed to big tv cuctomer id and 2 times mailed to nodal officer, 30 days daily calling CC but no use
please help me in this matter whom having LG DVD HT924 model in india whether mapping with big tv remote(HDDVR)
