Reliance Big T V representatives (Their so called customer care System) are grossly in the business of mis- selling and busy in collecting money by false promises and accounting advance payment paid for 3-months package without activating the same in their system for the reason you have not called customer care personal about the renewal or package purchase for the sole interest of deducting customer amount on daily basis as the advance amount will be exhausted much earlier than package schedule.Then they start demand to renew the package.Even if we renew it also by making full payment they wont activate the same on the pretext that there is a shortage of Rs.7 in your account and hence not activated.This system continues to repeat that in the process one or two rupees always in due for them for their delay in recording or other wise. Under my Smart card No[protected] I purchased 3 months diamond package on[protected] for three months supposed to due on[protected] as there was credit balance in my account at the time of renewal.But they have exhausted my balance on the pretext saying that you have not informed the customer care division about package purchase and to renew immediately before 31st Jan 2013.Again 0n 31st Jan 2013 I have paid Rs.1041/ through my credit card for Diamond Package for three months.For my surprise they have not activated my package purchase even after contacting their so called customer care system.This system (one of them is Mr.Sumukh) told me that "We can't help you have to make the payment of Rs 7/- for that even I told him their system or credit card system no accepting amount less than Rs100.He told then we cant help.However I made Rs 100/through credit card and informed on their number on 1at Feb itself.In the mean while he told you have due of rs.22/-as such we cant activate.After another so called customer care representative told me that they are going to do it to date.But till date I did't receive any confirmation from Reliance Big T V for having activated my Package,may be repeating the same during my next renewal.Getting disconnected their system also very difficult because there is no human interface in hierarchical system in Rel Big T V.Kindly ascertain whether my package activated or not inform through E-mail.Their customer care system is not replying E-mails also. I purchased Big tv installation pakage on 24 September, current date is 17 October.till now no one came here for installation.I am calling customer care daily.They r saying i have registered a complaint for that .Till now no action has been taken .They are saying enginers will come for installation tomm evening.This is there daily answer .I am fed up of there answers.No proper response or calls from them ."
