Reliance Broadband — Negligence of RELIANCE BROADBAND People.

Hi this is Nagalingam.S from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Working as a Presentation, Web & Graphic Desinger. Now i am telling you a tale about the irresponsibilty of Reliance staff.

One marketing guy (Naresh - Mobile: [protected]) of relience broadband came to my home. explain about reliance broadband. tht time i need to change my internet connection. im looking for alternate of my present connection. i said i need a new connection but now i dont have money of 500 rupees so i will apply in 1st week of October 08. But he said no pbm sir i will pay the 500 rupees for you. i said NO need to pay like that. he said no pbm sir its common we are doing like this. so i said ok your wish. he gave one application (Number is [protected]). i filled that and gave him back.

Morning i called him for give back 500 rupees. he came by evening (between 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm) and collect the amount. i said we are available in only before 8 am ore after 6.30 pm. so please send your people in that time only. he said ok. and also he asked Rs. 50/- for DD charges and 1 month advance i.e 849/-. I said why dont you tell about this in our first met. that day u said only 500/- for connection. now u r say like this. he said kk if you give i will take otherwise no need sir.

after 2 days...

I got a call from Reliance Broadband people. She asked info and she confirmed my details all are correct and she said you will get the new connection within 7 days...

today is 13th October 2008 means nearly 20 days after...

till now i didnt get connection. when will i call to Mr. Naresh, he is saying no more cable is thier. so it will take some time. i call to customer care toll free number. they give area sales manager number of hyderabad. here also bad luck. he is not lift the call. i just change some numbers and tried. one guy lift the call and gave me one complint phone number. that also not answering.

one day i got a call from your people he said where are you, our people came but you are not at home. so they came back. i askedd you you have my number na than before you people caoming why dont you call me? he said i will send tomorow. frm tomorow same nobody respond.

4 days back i call to mr. naresh and i shouted with him. then he gave one person number (Mr. Chandrakanth) may be that number is his personal/official, idnt about this. but he put some irresponsibility caller tone for that phon. When will i call tht says with a female voice.. "Hello.. Hello.. I cant here... Hello... disconnect sound. " i tried to that number but he cant pickup the call. after few rings he answerd my call. he said i will send people today. i said please send after 6 pm. he said Ok. but till 7.30 pm he is not answer to my call. when will he receive my call and said our people came to your place they call to you. i said i didnt get any call from your people. but i call to you and your office. he said ok i will check. from next same no responsibilty.

Last saturday i call to mr. naresh and ask about connection. he said im out of city i will call to and get back with you. i said no need just give back my amount. he said i will check.

So finally... I lost 25, 000/- project because of your people.

i want to say one thing. i am tired with your irresponsibility. with in 24 hours kindly give back my amount i.e. 500/-. Otherwise i will give compliant to Police. Its very serious. It is not a good business way. Its not a 500/- matter. its your 'BIG' problem.

Just go through this.

i want broad band connection
I have broking office INDIA INFOLINE. I have paid 750/rs for new connaction of at 24/12/2008, ch no.-465541 canara bank isanpur ahmedabad, your receipt no- [protected] to your neha anand Br manager[protected], sales . ashish brahambhatt [M-[protected]] & imran {M-[protected]},
your sales . & manager tellme assur MAX. 4 days for my connaction but after 10 days I not get your broadband service.Why are u delay?

Dear Sir,
1.In response to repeated visits, calls from one of your marketing executive Mr.vipul([protected]) I have signed and I have handed over to him my application along with relevaent documents, a cheque for Rs 500/-, and my Photograph on[protected] vide your Receipt/Acknowledgement form number [protected], new reliance broadband connection.
2.I preferred to have this connection as replacement to existing Tata Indicom connection at my residance, only because of his assurance of installing and activating Reliance broadband connection within 3 days from date of submission of application and documents.
3.I highly regret to inform you that there is no response from your office or from your Marketing executive.
Also he is not responding to my calls. This attitude on his part compels me to make series of calls from different phone numbers in order to contact him which is simply wastage of my time.
4.Two days before on contacting him he expressed his in ability to cater the said broadband connection to me and assured to return my documents and cheque. But till date neither a connection has been installed at my residance nor my documents and cheque are returned to me till date.
I therefore request you to look in to mater on priority and take appropriate and early action in this mater.
