[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Plus — Poor Service by Reliance

Hi Guys,

Here is the reality of Reliance Braodband,


I have taken a reliance datacard broadband plus 3 month ago.There was problem of signal strength as signal is not coming properly in my area.I have requested the issue to reliance.When ever I am calling customer care they are picking up the phone after 20 -30 minutes .When I am sending the mail they are replying after 5-6 days and then saying our people will contact you in next 4 days.Past 8 weeks this process is going on.They have sent a network guy, on his presence the signal was gone.There is lot of fluctuation in signal due to which there is 10 - 15 times net connection is going away and I need to connect again.Lastly when I have requested for termination of the service then they are saying you will not use this device in future as device is only used in Reliance.There is no plan change option.Nothing can be done.Recently 8 weeks I have visited many reliance webworld and headoffice in Hyderabad.All there are B-A-S-TER-ED people have met .All ba-----ed and M-F are saying only nonsense...
During my visit I have seen lot of people came with their datacard [ black set specially] and fight with reliance people.Some guys were even taken 1 week back the connection and their device was damaged.
Reliance is using their advertising style to cheat the people.Anil ambani's company is famous for that.

Please don't take High speed datacard as this is not stable as their people saying.They are saying it will take 1 year to stabilise the signal and other plan to implement, which is why you are facing the problem.
I have wasted 7000 rs in past 4 month and even they are not changing this device in prepeid.If that then I may use this in future.Only option they are saying that either you terminate or pay the amount for poor signal.This is what Reliance and its people is --- complete BSTed and M.. F..s.

Things must remember in mind before taking [ if you are still trapped ...]

Don't take Postpaid connection as even after problem you have to go a lot of trauma for disconnecting the service, in prepaid atleast you can leave the service as it is without giving any charge.

If you are takeing the device bradband, then ask the demoand use the service at least 3 hours in different time as morning 1 hour, evening so you can find the real signal and service.

Ask the activated Datacard and only pay the money if you see the device is working and you are abl;e to access the internet, otherwise once you have paid the then thereis no chance of money back.One person I have met during the visit, that person has taken the device and from day one his device was damaged, He was asking about the replacement then Reliance people was saying that you have to go service center of Huawei what the [censored] answer by Reliance.

DONT TAKE POST PAID CONNECTION BY Reliance at any cost.
Think 4 times before any nightmare by reliance when the trouble is at your doorstep...

Hey guys be aware of these things and then only take the any connection from M .F . Reliance and M F Anil Ambani'company.

Due to lack services of Reliance Broadband Plus & due to lack good signals of modem.
This broadband is useless for me. Your representative ( PRAVEEN TIWARI ) is assured me
return back if the services of reliance broadband not working well.MR. PRAVEEN TIWARI
is not attend my calls past 5 days. His behavior is not well. Please it is my humble request to
you to take necessary action against him. Otherwise I will be take action against him.

Please close my services of Reliance Broadband Plus & return my Rs. 3000/- immediately

Reliance/Broadband — NOT IMPLEMENTED BUT ASKING FOR MONEY

I ordered a relience broadband plus land line service with a implementation charges of Rs. 500/- 3 months ago. the iplementation team implement the link in a bad way(wrong wiring) due to that even i was not able to close my door. I booked a complainet. engineer came after that but no action after waited for few days i took service from diffrent service provider and booked again a termination request at relience customer care complain number is[protected]. but still there is no action nobody came to withdrwal the wire and equipment and i started getting bill, sms and phone call to pay te outstanding amount. they are demanding money for that service which I was not able to use for a single day. I also booked a billing issue complain number is[protected].
still there is no action. This is how relience doing business in the market. in the market out of 10, 9 customer is unsatisfied with relience services.
Need suggestions to sort out this problem.

This is to inform you all, that RELIANCE IS REALLY A BIG CHEAT. That is right, once you purchase their datacard, you are stuck. Never go for Reliance as they give HELL to the customers on the name of service. I wanted to purchase a wireless datacard as I need access to internet when I travel. I committed a big mistake when I chose Reliance. I could have gone for Tata photon plus. At least they take care of their customers' issues. I opted for a 3GB day and 10GB night plan at a discount of Rs. 200 per month . I was told by a service rep that I would be able to make changes any time according to my usage. Now when I started with the service, it was really not satisfactory. The average speed in the day time is about 300-400kbps. I mostly download stuff at night as the usage limit for day is 3GB, but most of the times at night, there is either no network coverage, or there will be an error saying server did not respond. I spoke to customer care in this regard. They gave me a complaint no. I thought may be they are going to work on my issue. When I got a call from customer care regarding same, I felt a little satisfied that Reliance is now improving the customer service (as my experience with Reliance has never been good, I really had big pain with Reliance phone that I had earlier, finally I had to get rid of that). But as the conversation with that rep went ahead, he suggested me to uninstall/reinstall the application and to use the datacard in a different area as the problem was of network. I did the same but the issue continued.

Reliance HS datacard works on three modes:
1. Broadband+
2. Hybrid
3. Broadband 1x (144kbps max.)

Datacard is always activated in 1x mode. Once its activated, you can use it in any mode. 1x mode is provided for accessibility in 1x areas.

When my internet doesn't work at night, I have to change the mode to hybrid one where it never gives the speeds more than 110-120kbps. The average I get is only 60-70kbps. Now if they have provided 10GB usage at night, whey cant they provide better speed at night.

I kept calling reliance about it, but again the same nonsense answers. You might have heard a proverb- "Kutte ki pooch ko nali me kai saalon tak daalkar rakho wo tedi hi rehti hai". Reliance is that "Kutte ki pooch". Those who call reliance M-F are not correct. Reliance is even more than that. Its been more than 2 months, and I've been paying close to Rs 950 (including taxes) every month.

When I found that my usage is hardly 1GB in day I thought of changing the service plan to 1Gb day and 10GB night as its not worth paying more for almost nothing. I spoke to a service rep regarding this and I was told that I if I change the plan, I'll not be getting the Rs 200 discount. When I told him that I was told by the Reliance agent that I can change the plan anytime and the discount will also be there. For this service rep said that I must get in touch with the same agent. I called that agent and informed about everything. He asked me to wait for a few days and assured me that the plan can be changed and I'll keep getting the discount of Rs 200 every month. I called him up again many times but he never picked up my phone. When I called from a different no., he said that he never said that the discount will be there if I change the service. Such a MF he was. Now if I change the service it'll cost me same. So now I have decided better to get rid of Reliance as 3500 for the modem worth nothing if you have to get relief from the pain that you get everyday on the name of the service.

MY BIG ADVICE TO U ALL --- PLEASE DON'T GO FOR RELIANCE FOR ANYTHING.
