I have not registered my mobile number for any promotional offer, but when I realise that my balance is going down automatically, I called the customer care and with my surprise one representative told that I had followed some telephonic instruction because of that 49 rupees have been deducted. Unable to deactivate the offer by calling the no[protected] given by that customer care representative again I called the customer care and more surprises were waiting for me. The second representative told me there are total four packs are in activation to my number because of those they deduct balance regularly but he told there is no pack of rupees 49 is active with my number.
Now when I told them to deactivate those pack from my number they replied the server is down so call after some time but I am unable to reach them afterwards.
How can I get back my money?? If I can't change the number easily then I have to pay the service provider regularly for the service I don't want.
Simply the mobile companies are making money with this type of technical cheating.
