Reference : your reply to my legal notice dated 17.5.2012 vide letter reference no LN No. 6310/ Rcom/ M & B/ 2012 dated 7th August 2012 but reply received on 28.8.2012 and Connection No. [protected] and your bill no.[protected]

Subject : Rejoinder to your reply

Dear Sir,
In response to your aforesaid reply my client submits that, whole contents of your reply to legal notice dated 17.5.2012 is wrong, baseless and not admissible. it is very unfortunate that you by doing such illegal you have disproved your own statement as mentioned in para 1 of your reply as under: “Customer’s satisfaction is our highest priority and protection of interest of customers is paramount to us”
That reiterate hereby, my client submits that connection no. [protected] was never issued to her name i.e. Sandhya Gupta, She is using connection no. [protected] since August 2008 (approx). Through your Channel Partner ‘CROWN BPO’ my client requested to convert her aforesaid number [protected] in to ‘Post Paid’ only on dated 26.2.2012 and as required by your channel partner my client deposited Rs. 250/- as security deposit.

That it seems that you with your officials have manipulated mobile connection no. [protected] by using documents of my client and illegally used the same for your benefits causing financial injury and mental torture to my client.

You once again requested to comply as called upon you vide legal notice dated 17.5.2012 within two days from the date of receiving this rejoinder failing which my client is prepared to knock the door of the court as well as TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA at Mahanagar Doordarshan Bhawan, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg New Delhi-2, for proper remedy.
