[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA connection — dnd not yet activsted sucesfully

sir,
kindly help regarding DND (do not disturb) feature of mobile telecom opreaters.

i am user of reliance communication,
name-sunil kumar,
mob no:[protected].

i had requested to activate DND on my mobile as on 13th january 2010(i am sorry can't avail request no.for it, it hav been 52 days and sms just passed to automatic delete from my inbox).
and customer care took a time of 45 days and promised me that there would not send me any type of promotional sms or call me either.

but it has been 52 days since i requested, an i am still getting :
these type of sms from given number.

sir,
i am very much frustrated because of these type of sms,
i have also complained (request no:-[protected] dated:[protected] in reliance customer care but they are not taking any strict action.
finally i thought i should complain to you ,
plz help me out so that customer like me can live normally.
