Reliance CDMA connection Complaints & Reviews

My name is Suruchi kumari.My mobile no is [protected] .I have connection of reliance cdma .They are deducting amount from my balance for unwanted subscription like VAS indiagames, VAS sms pack etc . They have already deducted Rs 100 from my account in last one week. They just send sms of deduction under that subscription. This is a limit . Please do something for it asap.

I am holder of the number "[protected]." From 2 months i am facing many problems in this no. as "MONEY DEDUCTION" without any usage from my side. Before they generally cut amount for "Caller tune, Shayari pack etc." The same problem my cousins also suffered who is using reliance CDMA. But now they have crossed all the limits they deduct around RS.139.30 from my no. between 7th to 9th feb'11. I called in...

I have not registered my mobile number for any promotional offer, but when I realise that my balance is going down automatically, I called the customer care and with my surprise one representative told that I had followed some telephonic instruction because of that 49 rupees have been deducted. Unable to deactivate the offer by calling the no[protected] given by that customer care representative again I called the customer care and more surprises...

Hi. I have been a reliance india mobile user for more than two years, however not once have i been satisfied by its services. I have to keep using it because of some compulsions and given a chance i would be the first person to disconnect my number.
In the last three years i have faced a lot of problems and harassment having to use reliance mobile, and almost all of the time i have had to live with it, because it never gets solved....
