Dear sir, I am reliance cdma phone custumer.I Am living at Arjun Nagar Agra( near Kheria Air port).There is a very poor network Coverage of Reliance CDMA. Sometimes No Network Coverage even for 2 days.thats why a huge problem is being created.
therefore it is my humble requet to you to take some needful step. I shall be obliege.

i used to get worng calls insipte of telling them tocaller that u have being calling worng tome

This is to inform you that I am a resident of Acharya Nagar.Kanpur(U.P) (Near Shrideshwar Dharamshala).

The problem is that dere is no network coverage inside the residence for which we have to come out & talk.whereas all other service have a excellent coverage inside d house

Second is my no:[protected] whn i sent amsg to ne1 itis not delivered but it get saved in Unsent folder inspite of having proper balance

therfore kindly check out for the sorting of problems as customer care executive told that he is not having SYSTEM so dat he could tell about my problem and 2 contact him later.

lot of text messges (promotional / advertisement) from other networks i.e. way2sms, is there any complaint to lodge on this services.

Although I m registered with DO NOT CALL REGISTRY on 10.12.2009, Still I am getting DAILY unnecessary/useless SMS messages to my phone.

Sender's name as showing as RM-Networth, TM-Networth.

Let the company immediately stop sending these SMS messages and take suitable action for violating rules.

Some time when I cancel the call immediately a call from different No. comes.Due to these calls I am unable to identify the important calls.It has been so irritating that I am planning to change my network If it's not stopped.Please stop these cheap business strategy to attract the customer and sale your offers.And try to advertise in some different way.

SUGGESTION:1.Try to make a Advertisement hour(Set a default time or get subscription from customer).
2.Make calls from known service id(like customer care or RIM Offer etc.). So that customer can identify that he have to receive or decline the call.
3.There should not be frequent calls if one or two are rejected.
Note.Please value customer's time. Because time is more valuable for customers than your offers...
