[Resolved] Reliance CDMA prepaid service — automatically subscription and repeated renewal | |||
hi, I am reliance user of cdma prepaid service my mobile number is- [protected] .In my mobile so many services activated automatically "without my consent" & my balance has deducted without any information.I tried to call customer care but every time there number is busy.A service named 'FUN ' autoactivated in my number in july 2012 without my knowledge & it is renewed repeatedly. Rupees 52/= has been deducted till now for this service from my account. Another service 'LOF19' ' is also activated without my permission on 11th aug 2012 and when i want to deactivate these services using mannual process directed by reliance cdma services by sending message suddenly a message retuns that your request not processed please try later.I am fully unsatisfied the services provided by reliance cdma services, I want you to sort out my problem and I want to recover my deducted balance as soon as possible. thanks..........
