Reliance CDMA prepaid service — Regarding Balance of CDMA Prepaid
Dear Sir / Madam,I am Ganesh Khadapkar working in C Tech Corporation. Our company gives us Reliance CDMA Prepaid Cards for office use. My reliance No.[protected]. Yesterday I got message from Reliance that Rs.30/- were deducted from your account, it is done without my permission, when I asked about that with Reliance customer care the executive replied that this service was active since last one year and every month Rs.30/- were being deducted as service charges. I was highly dissappointed as I never activated this service voluntarily and have been unaware of these deductions.
I wish to express my grievances to Reliance and hope no other customer faces such deductions without being informed.
i am a reliance CDMA prepaid customer. my mobile number is [protected]. unauthorised deduction has been made from my balance. when i contacted customer care they refused to lodge any complaint and stated that susbcription/activation has been made from your end. the matter may please be looded into.

I am Salma Sultana Mobile No. +91 [protected]. i want to give complaint about unauthorized charges to this number, every time i recharged of some amount next day it will automatic get deduct when called to customer care they told same thing or same other charges has been activiated with out our knowledge . Relaince Company Did not respond.Please Do some thing for Refund by Balance

Reliance CDMA prepaid service — Unwanted/forces service and offers activation
Hi,I am using a Reliance CDMA Prepaid connection and totaly got fedup of their unwanted activation of various callertunes & other services auto activation. It had already been happen to me 3 times earlier . Suddenly i got a message that caller tune has been activated & service charge has been deducted from your account and lately even download of songs cost 10 rs also get done if you had a previous record of caller tune activation. I am on roaming and due to some personal issues i don't want to change my number for now. These unwanted deductions is putting me in very disturbing situations sometime when i need balance in my account urgently. Above all talking to Costumer care for Reliance is always a pain . One can easily get into psychological pain and headache once he/she connect to them...
I urge to the concerned authorities to please look into this issue and do something regarding this.
If you are providing such services then let consumer choose what's good for him do not steal from him

Reliance Prepaid CDMA — Activated unwanted service without my permission and Deducted my balance.
HiI have a reliance Number connection [protected].
I have got a promotional call from reliance to use caller tune, which i denied and asked them not activate any such caller tune, but still they activated and deducted charges from my cell phone.
When i complained in customer care. i was handed a reference number "[protected]" and assued that my money will be refunded back to me, but i haven't got it back yet.
Again, Reliance activated some stupid Package called "Bakwaas/sell music"(dont know the exact name) on my cell phone,this time no message was sent to my mobile that somePackage is enabled or ur mobile and my balabnce was deducted.
Now when i checked my mobile balance after some days i found my balance was deducted, so i called again to called customer care and they informed that some package is activated balance is deducted for that, they informed that they wont refund my money as i should have complained in 24 hrs.
Now how would i complaint in 24 hrs, if i dont know some package is activated and my balance is deducted.
Now i called nodal office no[protected], A lady named sonia was talking on other side, i informed her about my all problem, she also said the same thing that we wont refund you money.
when i said that this leads me with 1 option to close the mobile connection, she said do whatever you want but we wont give refund your money back.
Now, I am literally harrased by this reliance connection.
They have deducted total of Rs 100/ from my cell phone and they are not ready to pay it back now.
Reliance is literally stealing moeny from the people.
Please do something about it.
Reliance Prepaid — unauthorized charges by Reliance prepaid CDMA
Rs 90 has been deducted from reliance CDMA prepaid no. [protected] on 18/12/2010 without any information. When I called the service center they told me that some pack has been activated on your no. and charges cannot be refunded.It has been a persistent problem with reliance so I have decided to take this matter forward.I just want my money back.Thanks

similar problems i am facing in reliane prepaid mobile no. 91-[protected] and despite of repeated requests they made a mission to penalize by charging rs. 60/- per month though no service activated.
Reliance — activating some thing and deducting my account balance with out my permission
hello sir,plzz help me from this cheating,they(reliance network) are deducting my account balance from my mobile with out my permission.I am not activating any thing on my own they themselfs activating some nonsense and deducting money from my mobile,when i will call to custer care they are not responding properly

Reliance pre-paid mobile — service is denied
I have purchased a life time free pre-paid mobile connection from Reliance, in the year 2006 March. i used to recharge the same often initially; however, it was not recharged for last 3 to 4 months and one fine day i have understood that they have stopped my service, and when i tried to call their customer care no, the message says contact the customer care...moreover, i tried to recharge and use the same; however, to no avail, the message is to contact the customer care...
if they have provided a life time pre-paid handset and services at the time of sales, y do they dont give us the chance even to talk to customer care and so on...
can anyone suggest the solution for the same please...
