Reliance CDMA prepaid service — my balance become negative | |
Dear Sir, I am holder of Reliance CDMA prepaid service Mobile no. [protected]. I request 3 times (complain No.99751405,[protected] &[protected] but till date I cant received any positive feedback from reliance side from 05.06.09. The request about you debit of my balance & now it become negative balance. secondly my customer care no. *333 blocked till. Also note that I contact Nodal Officer Ms Dola Bose, she confirm me about my refund balance. I am waiting your kind needful suggetion in this matter. CDMA SERVICES — BALANCE AUTOMATIC DEBIT
WITH REFERANCE TO ABOVE SUBJECT THAT MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. MY PREPAID BALANCE IS AUTOMATICALY DEBIT OF EVERY MONTH 2 TIME .SOME TIME 30 RS. DEBIT AND 15 RS. DEBIT . I HAVE ALSO COMPLIANT IN CUSTOMER CARE NO BUT NO RESPONCE TO MY MATTER.KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO THIS MATTER FOR FURTHER NECESSARY ACTION.
