Dear Team,
I am Jagan, I am your customer from long back and I am very happy to stay in reliance network but not now because of below given reason..
Earlier my prepaid plan is 1 paisa per Second but not now I don’t know how my plan gets changed without my permission.
Now I am in roaming and all incoming calls are get charged 1 rupee per minute.
I was activated DND/DNC...
I am Jagan, I am your customer from long back and I am very happy to stay in reliance network but not now because of below given reason..

Caller tune activated without my permission and deducted rs.40.00

We have recharge my connection with rs. 50 on dt.07.10.2010 and morning of 08.10.10 received a sms of balance rs. 4.27 after concerning with customer care he told to me that your have actived a caller tune. but I have not activated any caller tune in my mobile no. [protected],

I am holder of Reliance CDMA prepaid service Mobile no. [protected]. I request 3 times (complain No.99751405,[protected] &[protected] but till date I cant received any positive feedback from reliance side from 05.06.09.
The request about you debit of my balance & now it become negative balance.
secondly my customer care no. *333 blocked till.
Also note that I contact Nodal...
