[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Bad Customer Service-Not camps to NW during 10 am to 6 pm for Postpaid Reliance Mobile

This month alos I have not received the bill through email.

After complaining sereral times with Appellate Authority there is no response.

Find this months Docket No[protected].
Now days one more problem during 10 am to 6 pm Phone is not camping to NW.

Don't use Reliance Service.

The below is the last month's compaint.
I took the reliance post paid connection in Dec 2012.
Since then neither I am receiving the monthly bills through email nor through post.

After checking with customer care got to know that my address as well as the email id entered is wrong.

It is very srprising that after making repeated calls to customer care,visisting the nearest Relianec Shop-Z R Communication<amarathi(where I submitted all docs) no update happened.

Then I contacted the appellate authority as well as presisdent.
Still it does not have any solution.

Every month after calling to appellate authority they will send the duplicate copy for that month only.
Next month same thing will repeat again.

It's very surprising that an organization like Reliance and in 21st century giving such kind of service to it's customers.

I decided that if I am not receiving the bill from next month onwards then I will not make any payment and will take the help of law.

Find the Docket No that I received for this month like all other months[protected]
Mobile No-9379625 685 and Docket No-2044657 95.


I would like request all not to take any post paid service from Reliance because of this bad experince.

Reliance — CHANGE ADDRESS-BAD SERVICE

My name is Kishan Lal S/o Shri Parmeshwari Dass Resident of 4/2282, Street No.3, Bihari Colony, Shahdara, Delhi-110032.

I am already submitted the following documents January’2007 :-

1) Rent Agreement
2) Driving Licence
3) Pan Card
4) Election Card.

After depositing the application verification on January’2007, thereafter again verification made by you Kaushambi Reliance Webwrold Feb’07, I am really surprised to see after more than one year of Mobile Connection, but still pending of change of address :-

Aap jab bhi bill bhejtai hai, Envelope per hand written se address lika hota hai, or billing address old print hokar ata hai, why?

Kindly change the address immediately, details as under :-

i have a mobile from reliance and send 3 mails in regards i dont know english and requested them whatever news they are sending ... to be send in marathi...


but they are not taking any action ...

previously emails was sent on 1st sept onwards...

hope i get a favourable action from their part

Reliance — Bad Customer Service

I am receiving very bad service by reliance people. My internet is not working for 15 days and there is no initiative by reliance people to get the problem resolved. Never ever take a reliance broadboand connection. It has been 15 days and reliance people keep on telling me the same story "it would be done at the earliest", "under process". Earlier also they have said it would be done by 07/07/2010 and then 09/07/2010. and now they are saying it would be done at the earliest.
It has been high time. I have made 50 calls to your customer care number and written 5-6 emails. and still no initiative from their end.

I was supposed to take a different connection but they said the problem would be resolved within 2 days that's why I did not take another connection and it has been 5 more days after that communication and they are still saying it would still take some time.

I know that reliance people keep on making fool people around. Because this is not the first time thatb I have faced this problem. I am using reliance connection for the past 6 months and in this 6 months I have faced such kind of problem 4 times.
