[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — bad service

yesterday i recharged with 100rs ..
by eveng it became 50rs..i called customer care ..they said sorry for it and my balance came back ..and with in 10hrs my balance again became 20rs...no one is responding in r.care regarding this..previously also same thing happened ..i didnt get my balance back....without activating any services my balance is cut..everytime i have to keep an eye on my balance..this is disgusting..worst service...

I m ankita kothari having reliance cdma card and i m using it from last 3 years my number is [protected] but i m really disappoint to let you know that the services is so poor without any intimation i get sayri pack in a month this happen 3rd time and evry time i have to demand for refund and call to your customer care executive after a long waiting they replied that you have sabscipt this service n with surprise i didnt kbnow anything about that you company even dont give any massage that this service is been subscribe how would user will know and whats right you have to cut our balance without informimg us
i called twice for clarification and refund but ur even supervisor didnt replied or co ordinate and told you cant get your balance back i think this is a major problem from you side to start this type o[censored]seless service and cut our balance.we are not a that much free to talk to this type of complain this is just westing of our time and money.its just cheating and punishment that we are having your network with us
every time your coustmer executive promise that it will not going to happen again n every time it reapts n i m really plan to move through mobile portability
is there any one who can resolve this problems?or i should move for other company?this is one type of harssment from your side

Reliance GSM — regarding bad service

sir,
i am reliance gsm user. i purchased sim card on 6th december. i have taken a 69 tariff on 7th jan. but on on 16th jan when i was talking , charge was cut from my main balance. when i talked to customer care they are giving very bad respose so i am very disappointed with this regulation. they are not giving positively response to me and said to me that i can not do anythings regarding this they are saying that you have not submitted document but i ve already submitted on 6th december. they are forced to submitt it again.

WITH CHARGES I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. I HAVE CALLED 3-4 TIME BUT THEY HAVEN'T RESPOND TO MY ANY COMPLAINT & THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN MY MONEY BACK.

VERY BAD SERVICE
I use reliance and the service of the same is worsening day by day... if nothing is done, I will be compelled to change the service provider...
1. Reliance was not able to sold my network issue in last three years. I am following the same issue for last one year. Reliance is not able to solve it so far. Since you failed to resolve it you promised to provide me waiver of Rs. 150 for 4 Months. This was promised six months ago. I have received this only in last month. that means you ate my Rs. 450.
2. Ticket is closed without verification from me.
3. Customer care executive do not put all notes with the ticket when I call him for a problem. As a result when I call again for asking about the status of the my complaint the next assistant says there is no details available like that.
4. People call me again and again and ask same details without any resolution. Which is so irritating and disgusting.
5. Customer care reply to the email without reading it properly as a result they just reply to save their own and do never reply to the actual query.
6. My request to talk to an authority was refused by you. You do not want me to talk to somebody who can actually resolve or at least reply me properly, only call me.
7. I am going to close my relationship soon with Reliance Post paid soon because I am fed up of your irritating customer service system.
8. Reliance should remove its punch line No.1 network of India because Reliance has maximum issues with the network. Most of the people have same issue. Where other service providers had fixed their issue but Reliance denied to me for the same.
This is the problem of yours. The issue has not been resolved ever in last three years. Still you claim it to be resolved. I am not fool that I will keep on complaining for the issue which is resolved. I have yours emails which says you cannot resolve the issue so you appolize. Now you are saying this is resolved how?
There are so many issues listed but you just said issue resolved.
This is what is the problme with you. Communication system is very bad. You never read the issue completely.

i want to activate amazing facts.to now about it i call someny times to *333 they con't able to explain me about amazing facts.i will bore and then i will dial 198.they told me to call again *333 i do but the result is same again i dial 198.they explain me to activate this service : write sms af to some no. i will do the charges taken rs 9 +10 =19.(not about money).since 11 days i am doing this but wrong pact activate your customer care but not only this they give wrong sagestion to me.
so tell me what i can do. please must repley me.

With great regret I have to say that your company Reliance Communication doesn't live upto the benchmarks mentioned in your 'mission' statement (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/aboutus/overview/overview_mission.html). Meeting and exceeding customer expections and "INCESSANT" - I hope you understand the meaning of this word - offering of products and "SERVICES". Well, I have to say the product was very easy to obtain after an intial payment of 3,500 rupees but services wasn't. I was using your internet/wireless broadband service from November 2009 to 8th September 2011. UntiI September, I have been loyal and paid your monthly charges on time but the next day onwards the access to my internet was disconnected.

An intial complaint was lodged with Reliance customer care but there was no positive outcome other than disappointments, false promises and commitments. Few days went by and later I was advised by the one of the customer care officers in your office that there is an issue with the modem and I have to take it to a Reliance authorised service center (Nice Telecom). According to Nice Telecom the issue was solved and I paid them 450 rupees. After all the palaver, I tried to use the internet again and there comes the same old message 'error with connection'. I went back to Nice Telecom to advise them the issue hasn't been resolved and they courteously returned 350 rupees out of the 450.Then, I visited the Nodal Office in Malad (W), Mumbai and explained the whole situation to which they promised me within 72 hours the issue will be resolved and my internet connection will be reinstated. Weeks went by but the 72 hours that was promised to fix the issue never came.

After weeks of disappointment, waste of time, money and energy I decided to change my internet service provider. Its a shame that a company like Reliance cannot resolve customer issues even after a month. I hope your company is compliant with The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 Sec 2R part 2 and believes in fair trading practices. Since I'm not using your services anymore I request for a refund of the Rs.3500 in return of the modem which I still possess. I need an explanation on the following though:
1) The fundamental morale for charging me for the month of September 2011 for the service that you have not provided.
2) Why wasn't there anyone in your company to take ownership and responsibility of the the situation?

Reliance India (GSM) — Bad Service

Dear Sir,

I am Parvej Ansari. My mobile number is [protected].I'm facing several types of problem.

1> I have recharged 178 plan on[protected], in which i get 88.66 Rs balance and 20GB free GPRS
usage. But I have not get sufficient speed to open even a Google web-page. Then I call on 198 number to
complain about it. But they told me to wait. I have call them several time to resolve my internet speed.
At one time when I call 198 number and choose 6 then 0 and then 1....then call automatically disconnected.
And from that time I could not call to your customer care number, and it also happen to *333 number. I have also
call those number (198 and *333) from my others 3 number, and they disable those number too.

2>On[protected] I got 2 sms back to back, one for MBBP51(GPRS Plan) and other for smspack activation. And my 90 Rs (51+39) deduct from my main account.But I did not activate those services. Those services activate from their end. I have already activated 178 GPRS plan, then why should I activate 51 GPRS plan. This type of mistake happen several time in my brother's number and they deduct rupees. Whenever mobile balance reach above 30+ they activate diffrent types of service, and deduct money from mobile balance. It also happen to several illiterate person in our country.

So Sir I request you to kindly resolved my above problems and stop this type of activity of this operators.

1> Disable Call to 198 number.

2> GPRS speed Slow.

3> Deduct My 90 Rs for 2 service activation .

ya i got the balance ..but the next day same thing happened again and again..as soon as they return the balance the next day double the amount will be deducted..its a worst service i have ever seen..

bhi ae complain ka koi solution muje nahi mila, nahi mere a/c me
credit mila. meri complain ke aaj 9 din ho gaye he.

I am a customer of reliance for the last 5 years and. Since the last one year it is making me suffer due the pathetic customer care service and unbelievably bad internet facility.
I have been complaining each and every week about my internet problem. The net gets disconnected on its own every single week. I have never ever experienced such bad service in my life and neither have i heard about such complains from any other service user.
The customer care executives are totally incapable of solving any sort of issues. The most annoying part is that they listen to the entire complain and end it up saying that there is some Technical problem because of which they will not be able too help us out. This happens every 4 5 times for a single complain procedure. There are noises too prominent always coming from behind the executives as if it were a fish market.
This network is incapable of providing me with simple internet connection for which i have been struggling for the last 5 6 months. I am a working girl and i cannot dig out time out of my schedule to deal with such idiotic and silly complains every day.
To top it off your network deductes my money every now and then, unnecessarily. This network says that it is cheap but it definitely compensates it all by taking the money of its own clients through illegal means. Every money my money goes away just like a total waste because of the bad service.
I am so sick of this network that i would feel so good as soon as i change your network to some other one.
I have been facing numerous problems because of the incompetence of the executives and the incomparably pathetic service of your network that never in my life again i would suggest any one to buy it nor will i ever dare to do such a thing myself. This is probably the worst network available for the masses and the sad part is that no ojne gives a to even try to make it a better one.

regular follow up with customers care executive enable to activate 3G service.
if not resolve in next couple of days than definitely i will Switch to some other company with better services
