[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance deducted

Hello,
My name is vadhir and i had activated the 'whatsapp' scheme (16 rs/month) in reliance a week ago. Despite all the correct settings, my money was being deducted and i called the reliance guys numerous times but to no avail. The money is still being deducted unnecessarily and last night an amount of 16 rs was deducted and when called and asked them they said no money has been deducted or they don't know how the money has been deducted. Please help me get refund of my balance and stop this unnecessary deduction of balance.

Dear sir,

My mobile no. is [protected] (CDMA) & my complaint is every time balance deducted after recharge the amount.Yesterday i.e. 27.12.2011 we have charge the same only Rs. 20/= but today my balance is Rs. 2/= only. We are unable to reharge above Rs, 20/= due to this type of problem.

We request you to please stop this type of error and help me in future.

I am fed up with the services of reliance .

Reliance Communications is No. 1 Cheater in the world .

Reliance GSM Service is the worst service that I have ever seen. Always my balance deduct from my phone and the most problem is automatic service activated and deducted money accordingly. They deducted all recharge money and when I have called customer care that customer care number does not exist.



I have facing problem from a long time . but now i want to waiver of all my deduction .

मैं reliance GSM का बहुत पुराना कस्टमर हूँ, पिछले कुछ महीनों से अनावश्यक स्कीम activation से परेशान हूँ, लगभग हर हफ्ते कुछ न कुछ नया activate करके पैसे काटते रहते हैं, कस्टमर केयर का बुरा हाल है, किसी भी फ्री नंबर पर फ़ोन नहीं लगता पैड नंबर जो फ़ोन लगता है वह भी बिना executive से बात किये ही कट जाता है, यह कंपनी money hacker बन गयी है, आज तो हद हो गयी जब मैंने लगभग 15 से 20 मिनट नेट सर्फिंग की तो मेरा बैलेंस nil हो गया मेरा बैलेंस लगभग 2000 से अधिक था, कृपया कुछ करें उपभोक्ताओं के साथ हो रही इस लूट से निजात दिलाने की दिशा मैं उचित कार्यवाही करें ताकि उपभोक्ताओं के हितों की सुरक्षा हो सके |

THE BALANCE DEDUCTED FOR WHICH I HAD NOT DONE ANY RECHARGE OR NOT ANY RENEWAL OF EARLIER MONTH. I AM FACING PROBLEMS OF SUCH A BALANCE DEDUCTIONS OF Rs.24. PLEASE HELP
Today i was contacted by reliance and an amount of 16.RS has been refunded and she said that my whatsapp problem is solved and no money would be deducted henceforth, but my whatsapp problem still exists. I would recommend fixing this problem as soon as possible and if no solution exists, kindly deactivate the following scheme from my phone number. It was activated on auto renewal mode, so please remove all settings regarding whatsapp scheme from my number.

Its been over a month and another 16 rs has been deducted on account o[censored]sing the whatsapp scheme, but still BALANCE IS BEING DEDUCTED WHILE USING WHATSAPP AT EVERY INSTANT DESPITE THE SCHEME. No solution has been given to me and no reply here either. I am a student and i am low on money, it isn't fair to deduct huge amounts unnecessarily. Please provide a solution.

sir i recharge my reliance no with 99 for 1 gb internet. n they deducted my all data balance in just 10 days, in just 10 days i just downloaded only 2 songs (50 mb+2.2 mb ) .apart of this i dint download anything n also dint use internet for 3 day. so how it is possible for finishing remaining data. so please give me back my remaining data . my current no is [protected]. thank you

I did a recharge of rs 16 whatsapp reliance pack on 7th April and started using whatsapp application. But since then there is no stop in deduction from my balance. Despite repeatedly complaining about it to the customer care, no resolution yet. SR no:[protected] was raised and resolved without my issue actually getting resolved. Got a message saying that there was no wrong deduction. Please look at the issue and resolve. My number is [protected].

Amount is deducted from my account against VAS TECHZONESMS S ..
Sometime they deduct Rs 1. Each Day against VAS .
now its the limit.
If my problem is not Solved within 2 days.
I'll write in consumer court for the problem i am facing.

This is very ridiculous I received a message from RM-Reliance that - "Amount charge for VAS Once97 VP

Subsc Rs:10" and my 10 rs. got deducted, and this is 5th time, some times it was 30rs. and some time 10rs.

this is not acceptable, and last time I called to customer care executive he put my call on hold for 1hour,

Which kind of service is this...If this will repeat next time I will gona make a big issue for this

I am using Reliance GSM sim ([protected]) from delhi ncr circle for past few years. They are deducting RS 3 from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money periodically, sevaral times an amount of Rs.3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service..Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs” If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account?

Again the same thing. This is the fourth time i am facing this. Still reliance customer care has the same procedure of lodging a SR and keeping us waiting for long.
This time I had 15 rupee and now it zero.
What a service!!!
Now my Internet balance is 112 MB. But Internet not working.
Reliance sucks.
