[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No Refund for failed transaction | |||
Dear Sir, This is Deepak Shevani from Bhopal, I tried to recharge my sister's Reliance Smart mobile using the online portal : http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do. However, after completing the bank transaction, the screen dispayed an error : saying that - Rs 333 is not a valid recharge amount and the money will be refunded in 10 minutes. No refunds till now.Can you please escalate the issue to the concerned. This is Vivek from Bhopal, I tried to recharge my sister's Reliance CDMA mobile using the online portal : http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do. However, after completing the bank transaction, the screen dispayed an error : due to some error in processing the transaction, the amount 205 will be deducted from my account but recharge on the number is unsuccessful. No refunds till now.Can you please escalate the issue to the concerned.
