Reliance Communications — Poor customer care service

sir i am from Barakar, Kalyaneswari Ps - Salanpur, Dist-Burdwan. I am using Smart connection from 2003 from few week ago i found that when i call smart customer care i heard a tone "this route is busy".when i able to connect for launching a problem about network they take my complain and tell me "your problem will be solved within 14 says" after that when i want to call again i cant connect the call till 31st dec 09 10.27 pm. after 11pm when i able to connect it no one answering my call it was just ringing and disconnect automatically.
from Reliance Website i found the number of nodal officer in west bengal circle and try to call the number is ringing continuously no one receive the phone
i'm in big problem about reliance network and poor customer care service and when i recharge my account Rs. 56/- and have got Rs. 44/- and after sometime I have got my balance is nil. I don't understand where has gone my balance.
So, sir plz take up the matter take n. a at the earliest otherwise I will be bound to cancel my sim and detach my connection from you.

Reliance GSM — Poor Customer Care and Poor Service

Hi ,

I am Using Reliance GSM. Getting regular Issues related to unauthorised activation of Service packs when i adresses these issues to the customer their behaviour is too rude and not client centric. Continuously from last 3 months I m facing this issue . some service packs gets activated from their side and I have to lose my Balance no assistance as such provided from Reliance .... Very poor Services

m using reliance 4rm last 2 years n their customer care service is very poor....CONTACT lines are always bzy.... amount can be deducted any time...no refund of money......careless attitude...useless reliance i suggest people to never choose reliance as communication atleast n plzzzzzzz improve your quality......no range n stop making FAKE COMMITMENTS.....n stop cheating to your customers.....kabhi b bina baat paise kaat lena wht is this this is nt anil ambani's pocket...didnt affect if you cut 40 or 50 rs. we are normal customers so stop cheating to your customer othrwise number portability is their we can choose other networks as well who r providing much bettr facilities dan you like IDEA, AIRTEL, VODAFONE...CHEATER RELIANCE..
