Dear Sir / Madam, Since past 6 months reliance infocomm is charging rs 45/- per month for caller tune & other value added services which i have never opted. whenever we complaint to them they repy that we cannot provide you with the proof but it was subscribed by you whereas I never opted for any of their services .. I dont understand why the company is doing like this & no recoring or proof is being provided to us... If this is gonna continue please let us know so that we can opt some other telecom service as since past 3 months this is being carried forward & this is my 4th mail regaurding same complaint to you... Kindly treat the matter as urgent & resolve my dispute at the earliest.. Hence, we are unable to process your request for waiver. However, we have noted down your request for unsubscription of the said pack. Further to your mail regarding unsubscription of OnmGHAR , OnmSBeauty and Astro pack, please note that your complaint is logged as Service Request ID[protected]. We are working on it and will respond to you in next 2 days. In continuation to your mail regarding do not call issue, please note the the registration of DNC already done on 22-Dec-2009 and after the registration for DNC,you will received a SMS confirming the request ID number and all such calls will stop with in 45 days from the date you received the SMS. We understand the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations.
