[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — ACTIVATION OF VAS PACK

I distributor of Reliance Mobile (CDMA Service) in NORTH BENGAL from WEST BENGAL. My name is Rajesh Kumar Banthia, my Distributor Code [protected] and Agency Name ""BANTHIA COMMUNICATION"" My contact no is [protected]. I n my Retailer and also all DISTRIBUTOR of north bangal hereby COMPLANING about the activation of ""VAS"" i.e, value added service packs withot the request of customers and all others packs as per this balance was deducted from the cust. MDN and customer day by day complain that my balance has been deducted from my account whereas i have not activeted any of the VAS pack of the service provider...so i request to RELIANCE COMMUNICATION that plz follow on this issue immediatly so that all yours RETAILERS and DISTRIBUTOR run there bussiness smoothly...thanks...

Yes, i agree with this complaint. I am RIM customer and i faced this problem today. Yesterday i recharged my a/c with Rs 50, and today in the morning when i tried to make a call i found my a/c balance has been deducted without any prior cause. When i called the customer service, they said i have subscribed VAS pack, and i was totally flabbergasted, since i didnt subscribe such thing ever. I dont know if at all RIM will refund my balance. And to add to this I am a student staying in hostel, I cant contact my parents or relatives. Its really a big problem for students, and speciaaly for those staying outside home. Thats all i have to say. And i agree to this complain.

Reliance Communications — wrong deductions from my a/c on the name of vas pack activation

Hi i'm Pratik gajjar my cell no is [protected] ,from mumbai,i have been using the reliance prepaid service from many years and i had gone through very bad experiences with the facilities provided by the said company.One of them is the reflection of negative balance of Rs:[protected]....yes thats true, i was charged (two lakhs sixty three thousand eight hundred and forty rupees) as a negative balance in 2008.....apart from this i have always been a victim of wrong deductions in my account on the name of various activations of vas pack.....recently in my account there is a deduction of Rs:60 till date....and when i called the costumer care and had a talk with the supervisors,they are not ready to give me refund for the same and give reasons that i have activated from my side....which is not the truth......even after giving repeated complaints against this,bearing a complaint no:[protected]....i have not been rescued out of this and still there is a deduction of 10 rs per 10 days for 3 packs....that is a deduction of rs 30 per 10 days......as it is been autorenewed by the company......i would like to add that if this harassment goes on....i would like to definitely like to move to the consumer court and file a case against the company.....thank you
My name K N Kunwar Mobile (CDMA Service) in Delhi Mbile No [protected] COMPLANING about the activation of ""VAS"" i.e, value added service packs withot the request of customers and all others packs as per this balance was deducted my mobile some minute charges Rs. 49 complain that my balance has been deducted from my account whereas i have not activeted any of the VAS pack of the service provider...so i request to RELIANCE COMMUNICATION that plz follow on this issue immediatly smoothly use I have talked to Customer care their ruply your activate but customer care message renewed VAS 49 on 9/12/09 at 9.11 A.M. but i have talked to customer care on 8/12/09 night 11.15P.M. his is confirmed not any package activate my number...thanks...
i recharged ma account on 6th may 2010 of rs. 100 on GSM connection [protected]..
The recharge was successfully done and 90 rs. were credited in ma account. In the night timem my whole account got NIL by its own.. I called the customer care .. they are giving excuse that my recharge was done by mistake and that is why they have taken all my balance. I had previous balance also..they have taken that also..HOW CAN ONE TAKE ALL MY BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT??
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS??
When I have given 100 Rs. to Retailer and I got the message that my recharge was successful..then please tell me how can it be a fake recharge??
Please take necessary action in this regard and please recredit my account..
