This is in reference to my complaint No. [protected] dated
[protected] for Broadband ID[protected] . Since last 13-14 days I am continuously following up and reminding to Mr. Anand Saxena , Mr. Deepak Gupta and Mr. Ajay Bajaj at Jaipur , Mr. Saurabh Sharma at Kota and Mr. Pankaj at Delhi , Nobody is hearing my request and taking any action .Even on[protected] when I enquired about my above complaint , they told they have closed the complaint .Sir without informing to customer and without set-righting the connection how they are closing the complaint, it is not known to me .
Now it is requested to kindly take up the matter at your level and do the needful immediately.
Sir I am retired employee of IL, I have no source of income except Cyber Café. I am sure you will do the needful in this matter. Otherwise please advise whether I should disconnect the 5 years old broadband connections and search another company or you will do the needful to set right the above broadband connection.
An early reply in the matter is requested please.
