Since last week I got email from Vision Business Solutions two times on behalf of reliance telecommunications as ..

Similar email I got a week back to which I had replied with details but seems it is ignored..

In summary,.. I took internet broadband connection in 2010 from reliance which did not work from day one!.. The problem was not solved even after lot of communications..
Finally I asked for termination of connection. After a week or so reliance guys came and took instruments..
Even if the internet connection did not work for a single day, I paid money as per the bill just to have piece of mind..
But afterwards even after termination, I got bill! which then after various emails and clarification was reversed.. ( email communication with [protected]@relianceada.com).. afterwards I did not get any bills..

But now after two years I got these emails for paying the due amount!
This is a sheer harassment.. looking at prior experience with reliance I have not much hope of getting proper response.. hence writing here..
I have complete details of the email communication with the reliance customer service confirming reversal of incorrect bill..

Request you to have look and take corrective action to stop this harassment..

Reliance Broadband — Get this name out of your mind as soon as you hear it

My misfortune led me to apply for Reliance Broadband in Bangalore as Airtel connections where not available in my area.
The issues with Reliance are
1) Once the installation charges are taken by the salesman it took around 2 weeks of time for the technical team to contact me for starting the installation
2) The person who contacted me for installation did not even understand what is internet connection leave alone router/modem etc. He even made around 10 calls from my gsm phone to get information on what he has to do next on my connection. Their knowledge of installation is pathetic
3) Another senior person came to my house and put me directly with reliance customer service..The reliance customer service tells me that I should only contact technical people and not customer service before the installation is done. The relationship btwn customer service and technical instlalation team is not something which they need to be proud of
3) After 2 weeks of toiling( user id/password change etc, , the connection worked. Voila for exactly around 8 hours. The next day it stops working
4) Call the customer service and register a complaint and they tell u that it will be resolved in 72 hours
5) Call 1 week later a different person will empathize with you to check if the technical person has not yet reached u
6) Above all Reliance company has the nerve to call me around 20 times to enquire if i have got the bill and why I have not paid for it
7) With all this great customer service I decided to close the connnection and Reliance didnt surprise me in that as well. Even after a month of cancelling it they have not closed the connection
8) I have requested for a refund from the sales guy for the installation charges. Will update on if I was successful..:-)

Reliance Business Solutions — No Connection

We had applied for Reliance internet connection on 23-01-09, and after 1 week of net connection, this has stopped working, we have never seen a service so bad, and ineffecient further more within 20 days, we get a call from their office to pay late payment charges for one month, This is cheating & harrasment at its best.

Kash...kash aap ki yeh post pehleh mein pareh hoteh ...mein ne Broadband plus liya, ek hapteh nikala aur mera connection barred ho gayi...((Alas, If I have been read your post before! I took their Broadband Plus service and after one week my connection was barred).I swear I would read this forum complaints before buying anything that costs more than Rs.1000.

Reliance Communication — harassment by reliance communication

This is in regards to the number [protected] which has been recharged with 59 rs night pack.As per the info of this pack the call are free to all reliance number accross nation on GSM and CDMA.i called the customer care today from [protected] and asked the srvice associted to this night pack and i was informed that there will be deduction of 5paisa /minute for this night pack for calling reliance number also but he didnt had the information as to why this is not mentioned in the official public portal.

Chronology of events:

29.04.2011 Reliance person installed connection (temporarily activated for testing)
01.05.2011 Welcome email from Reliance.
02.05.2011 No Internet connection. (For previous 3 days it was intermittent). Lodged complaint with reliance customercare

02.05.2011 - 18.05.2011 Numerous email communication with reliance customer care for resolving issue. Never got any resolution or communication back. However the request status was changed to 'Completed' even without confirmation. Even after registring complaints for closing issue without resolution gone unheard.

18.05.2011 Finally Termination request sent to reliance customer care.
20.05.2011 Termination request was acknowledged by reliance customer care.
27.05.2011 Reliance people came and collected the telephone and modem. Termination request was completed.

29.05.2011 Got the bill for amount Rs. 602.26 with due date as 09.06.2011
05.06.2011 After emails and calls with reliance the bill amount was changed to Rs. 409.09. (received new bill amount from reliance customer care)
06.06.2011 Paid amount Rs. 410 towards the bill. Received the receipt.

01.07.2011 Bill received for month of June 2011!
09.07.2011 After numerous email with reliance customer care, I got clear email that charges billed after 21.05.2011 will be reversed.

Since then did not receive any more communication.
Now after two years.. I receive email from vbsolutions that reliance payment is due and all..


First of all,
Reliance never provided internet connection. Even then I ended paying Rs 910 (Rs 500 towards advance connection charges + Rs 410 towards bill for 05.2011). As such you should have refunded this money to me.

Even after communicating this to vbsolutions, it seem it is going into drain.

All above communication from 2011 is availble from my email address (you can find it from my subscriber ID) with reliance customer care ([protected]@relianceada.com). You can check the details.

I hope that you check the details based on facts soon and confirm.
As you can see from above chronology that opting for reliance connection turned out to be a big headache. Now I am being harassed for taking the connection.
