Dear Sir / Ma'am,

My name is Parkhi Awasthi and I am from meerut ( UP )..I was working for Reliance Communications ( as a FSD in Reliance Web World ) earlier but i left my job in 2008..So many times i've submitted my pf form i.e around 7 times at circle office meerut but havent got my pf..Every time they said that form has been rejected but no body going to tell me the proper reason..All the time They just used to give excuse.I'am very Dissapointed because its around 2 years when i left my job.

Please do the needful and provide my pf as soon as possible..

Hi I have not received my pf yet since 12 months. I was working in Reliance Communication Jabalpur MP as a FOS. I resigned my job in September 10th 2007 after 3 months i submitted the pf form in our Bhopal office my pf a/c no is DL/31881/8026. My salary comes from Pragati Value Added People Employbility solution Pvt Ltd. Delhi. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible. Thanking you.
