[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Misleading advertisement and pathetic overage against high priced bills

This is in reference to a Reliance Communication Ltd no. [protected]. It is a 3G data service. Its service is pathetic. The bills accumulated is over Rs. 800 per month. The local vendors of the service provider show urgency in collecting money. But only cheating is taking place in the name of service. The claim is 3G and the displayed speed in the product wrapper and during connection is 7.2Mbps but in practice the service is of the lowest quality. The speeds are never consistent. At one time it is 70Kbps, next momnet 0 Kbps. I have made complains with the Reliance customer care. They only provide useless suggestion but the infrastructure that they have here in Guwahati (covering Jalukbari) is outdated. Despite several complaints the condition has not changed.
