new 3G reliance broadband speed not good in inside house if i complaint to near reliance store they hand to other store. i never get solution for that they cannot give any reply but they calling for bill payment properly.
i feel very bad

Reliance broadband & fixed Lines — Reg new connection

We have applied for fixed landline connections & a brodband connections at a prime location in pune since 28th june 2008, after survey they had commited that they will fix the lines within 10 days, we regularly followed up for the same as our business was hamperring a lot due to delay in communication, but there was no responce for some day they even not bothering to pick up our calls as they were ingnoring every time, on 15th july 2008, when our personal contacted Reliance communications they answrerd in simple words that due to some techinical problem they were unable to give the connection.This type of replay is not expected from one of the leading telcom giants.
i had given a request for a new reliance fixed line broadband connection to a salesman. he came and took all the details and Rs 600 in cash .after one week when i contacted him he said that there is some problem for setting the internet.i asked him to return my cash.he said that he would return it in some days.it has been more than 2 months now and he is also not receiving my phone call now.i have also complained reliance coustmer care about this 2 to 3 tmes but they are not taking any action against this.they register the complaint but nothing happens.no one after that from reliance contacts me.

I had take broadband connection of reliance, the person who sell the net he had not give clear all information, after taking net when first bill came in that they taking 1month rental in advance, that thing the person had not tell me and provide me that plan , than i talk to customer care of reliance, and they told me that you choose that plan , then i complain and give request to terminate my net, they terminate without any call all information . after that i get call from company to pay my bill but that was one type of metal harassment. i talk with them my case going on than they not bother to listen me only saying to pay bill..... today i got call from dehli police station and they told me if you not pay bill they will arrest me, then i talk to advocate of this matter, he told me pay the bill today. now what should i do? plz help me for this.
My Internet connection was disconnected in August 2012 and the technician came and took the router and all cables etc as a confirmation of the
disconnection. Every month I am still receiving the bill (pending) although I had closed the account. It would be better if you check clearly before harassing a customer with such emails in future.

Sir,
As i had lost connection for 10 to 15 days in a month, this was happening for the last 3 months.Everytime, Once the connection lost i will contact customer care they said the connection will come, but for the next time they wont attend the phone call. I dont know why the company giving us false statement. This is first complaint and i dont wont to register another one. Hope u will understand.Thank You.

i had taken a broadband connection from reliance on aug 6th..they promised a speed of 1mbps.but to my worst experience speed was just 200 to 400kbps.despite many attempts to reach for help they din respond.i had given a cheque of Rs.1350 to the sales execuitive towards installation and broadband charges.i had no option to report to bank on 10th aug to not to honor the cheque. now i informed the person to take the modem n wiring with but he keeps harassing from that day.. he has not come and collected yet. please help
hai, i am arthi, i have a modem no [protected], i recharged 649 to that modem at 16.05.14, 5pm, i got 4096MB balance, and it offer 1.00am to 8.00am, at that unlimited balance. So i used the Internet in that night (16.05.14). and i checked the balance in next day it reduce to 991MB.so i called to customer care in many times and waited in more than 5 hours, but there is no response, i need my balance or clear explanation .

I am fed up of the service provided to me. Even after 15 complaints in last 2 months my problem is not resolved. Its just a wiring issue which Reliance line man told me. I am an user since past 4 years but Reliance does not care for that I Guess. My latest Complaint No[protected]
After losing all hopes I raised a termination request on 5th March

But reliance have not responded yet. I have communicated several times and also contacted the customer care. But nothing has happened. Kindly help me to come out from this issue. I have made the payment for the above mentioned subscriber ID till 1st March 2015 and requested for disconnection of the said connection on 5th March 15.
People here at Jaipur Office are not helping me at all. Namely Mr. Raj Kumar, Mr Saket, Mr Ajay. They never pick customers' call and whennI went to office they didn't allow me to enter. Please take a strict action ASAP.
