Sir,
Here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience.
Please have a look my below conversation and you can come to know till what level they can frustrate customers.
My first ever complaining email is right into the bottom
I Debasree Mullick being an employee of Standard chartered bank is surprised to see that I have purchased a new connection of reliance prepaid from one of the reliance store, theatre road, kolkata dated 30/10/2012,on 6th apr,2013, a message came at my number mentioning that "Your CAF is deficient as per regulatory norms, Please submit new CAF & Proof in 48Hrs. The message came at 10.45am, Me & my husband both were out of station, unit i returned today i.e.: 9/4/2013, I visited the nearest Reliance web world met with customer service representative Ms. Mamta, according to her the system is showing that the current number has been terminated the reason was the number is not valid as per reliance. Please be informed that the number is very valuable to me, the number has been communicated to most of the top clients in my bank & loosing this number will be a great value of loss for me. You are therefore requested to provide me the same number along with the current balance & value added services that I was using with this number with in a period of 3 days from receipt of this mail.
In case you further wish to delay the process by any means whatsoever, I shall be left with no other choice but to seek compensation in a legal way possible, not limiting my plea to Consumer Forum and proper media flash.

wrong amount deducted by co.
Mera Mo. No. [protected] Region Mumbai Hai mai rel. ka prepaid customer last 6yrs hoon. dt. 01.10.09 ko jab maine apna a/c balnce check kia to mere a/c balance se Rs. 32/- deduct tha. maine iski complaint co. ke customer care *333 pe kiya to pata chala ki apne caller tune ko set kiya hai. tab maine unse kaha ki maine nahi kiya hai please isko deactivate kar do. unhone kaha thik hai apke a/c me 24hrs k ander 30/- jama ho jaynge. after 24hrs ho jane k baad bhi abhi tak koi problem solve nahi. please help me.
meri second problem hai ki mere a/c se 2/- deduct hua hai. jab emaine iski bare me information kiya to pata chala ki apne 121 pe sms kiya hai jabki ye inka toll free no. hai please help me and solve my problem.

Reliance Prepaid — abt no reach of msg

i have complain abt that frm ril prepaid msg is sent but not send to any no . just msg sent that note is there but recever dont receive u r msgggggggggggggggggggg

Reliance Communications — Deficiency in Customer Service

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I am really upset with the mobile services provied by Reliance Communications. I have not received my bill for the last 8 to 9 months and the reliance executives keep harrassing me for non payment of bills on time. I have put forward many complaints regarding this however to no avail.
A couple of complaints were registered through phone on their *333 customer service number. The customer service representative assured that the same will be rectified in few days and I will receive my bills from next billing cycle. But the issue is not resolved till date. I have registered a recent complaint with Reliance through one of their outlets at CIOU Code DLI10017 with the complaint number[protected]. The representative was unable to locate the issue as per him every thing was in place. However he registered another complaint but I believe it will not be resolved again.

I have been using this number since the inception of Reliance Communications however with my recent customer service experience with Reliance I am really disappointed with the serives and wish to terminate this number and look for other options. I regret the inconvenience it will cause, but circumstances have left me no choice.

I have no faith in reliance nor in it customer service but still i am writing i do not know why i[censored] feel even little bit ashamed by your service please reply to this email.

I would like to let you know my experience with the webworld Reliance World, 542, Sandhurst Bridge, Chowpatty, Opera House, Mumba. Store is manged by the most rude person Deepa Palekar reason you will as further you go. Please also check the complaint no.[protected].

My phone's connection has been stopped for document verification.Document was submitted to above webworld on 12th of july. we ask for confirmation for the reciept of the document but they said we are not allowed to give you confirmation. they promise my connection will get restore on in 48 hours. They forgot file the document until 19th july it was just sitting there. I went to store on 17th of july told them people from call center are telling me that document are still not submitted.Every time we contact them they are saying it is not our fault we have forwarded everything. And each day they are making promise that it will start today. 22nd of July today i spoke to her since morning and they are still saying it will start today and the i spoke to manager but she is extremely rude. First of all she reply's saying that we done out part and we can not do anything. we have forwarded your request to our department. Then, I made her confirmed that they forgot submit the document after convincing her that it is there fault.


Every time i addressed my problem to her, solution she provided to me was write email to nodal office. As i know you are last resource to get my problem solved. If they are able to do it then they should at least try first before pointing to customer to higher authority.

Please let me know i[censored] take any action agains them.


Otherwise tell Mr. Anil Ambani that he is destroying his fathers legacy.
