Reliance GSM — balance deduction due to unnecessarily service

my reliance gsm no. is [protected].m facing a problem since 20 days.a msg comes daily named video vogue at rs 5 and an email address is written wap.mauj.com/utp/L15308u1612V2X8073/sub/rcom/vp/ind/ex.php?page=vp from this msg daily rs 5 are deducted from my account.i complaint earlier so many times but no satisfactory response is there.plz stop the service and refund my wrongly deducted amount.
customer care of my no. is also not working.
plz give solution asap.

Reliance Smart — tariff not working properly of 599 rs

i m abhinav mishra using [protected] .i m in roaming(up).i recharged my mobile with recharge 599rs.

when i called a reliance smart no.the main balance is deducted.i dont know wts problem wd reliance ...even it is free wd 599recharge.

i think its better to m.n.p. into another opertor.because last months when i recharged with 99 for gprs services,,it doesnt work.

And when i contact coustmercare they ignore me because i m using smart(rtl)...not r-com

I have been using reliance smart GSM mobile service from past 2.5 months. my mobile number is [protected]. I am fed up o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction from my account. i get the recharge done and without using any service or making any call or sending msgs, my account balance goes on decreasing. i have tried calling customer care executive many times but every time lines are busy or number is out of reach. its very annoying because i cannot get my number ported as i have not used it for 90days n cannot get my number changed due to my work. i am not able to use it because as soon as i get the recharge done, unnecessary balance deduction starts. please help.

reliance gsm is the worst service i hav ever seen.there is no correct response from the customer care.the balance is bieng deducted without the suscriber's knowledge.its not being refunded.

Dear Sir,

I am Amit, working in INFOSYS Ltd.My phone number is [protected](Reliance GSM). I am irrated with the unneccessary activation of add on packs like JOKE PACK,SHAYARI PACK etc without my consent. Every 3rd day these packs get activated without my consent and everytime i called the customer care to deactivate these useless services and asked them to refund my money back. Instead of refunding my money they again activate some other pack in the next 3 days. Its around 20 times i have called to the customer care but same problem occurs every 3 day. They keep on assuring me that it will not repeat in the future but all goes in vain.These people are not catering to the customers need. The only thing left with me is to shut down my number if my complain still not works.I am really fed up with there nuisance. Kindly look into the matter

Last Balance Checked: 190 aprox (after which just few domestic calls were made)
And now the unnecessarily balance has been deducted to Rs.1/-

And while i am trying to lodge a complaint from last three days i am getting a same reply from Reliance customer care peoples is that "we cannot lodge any complain because the systems are on updation"

This is very unprofessional on part of Reliance that they have deducted my balance without any reason, even asking for the reason of deduction since i have not used it there is no proper response from their side.

So please help me for getting my balance refunded or reinversed with a proper justification.

Sir, my number is [protected]. On 20th october, i recharged my sim card with rs.120 and got balance of rs 106. Since then i changed my sim card since i went to rajasthan. When i came back on 24 november , it showed a balance of rs 36 . When i called customer care, they told me that two services have been activated to my number but i never had pressed any key to start such service . The company is automatically starting such services and they also refused to refund the balance. Please take action against this .my total such balance deduction is rs 70.

it always cuts my balance unnecessarily

What happened was that i recharged my balance with 200
i activated Rs.5 for a day 50 MB plan
at night, i called them to deactivate it to prevent auto renew
so they told that it will deactivate automatically...
so the balance was Rs.191 yesterday night (just before sleeping)
and today morning when i check the balance it says only 44 balance

i kept all the packet data, etc off so that it doesnt use internet in any sense
but now i call them and they say it is non-refundable and that Rs.145 was deducted because i used the internet but i last used internet yesterday night and it was balance 191 after finished using but now it is 44........Please
refund the amount !!

this is gulshan kumar, from sikanderpur gurgaon,i am a relianse gsm consumer([protected]), the company deduct unnecessary balance from my account,if i call him then they return my balane,and tell me it doesent happen again,but after two days it happen same thing & if i call them then they say to me " our system is not working thats why we cant solve your problem,plz call again"after some time they say ME same,i lost my more balance in last two week.

this time also i have complain about the unnesserily deduction of balance from my rim number [protected].every time when i recharge my account i get unnesserily deduction of balance.this does not happen only this time but many times.

My number is [protected]. on my number after so many complaints still my balance is unnacessarily deducting i am so much irritated of this because of this issue i did not use my number for one year and now when i started using my number again immediately relliance is deducting the balance and saying it as CBRT charges. please resolve the issue or i will have to parmanently stop using the Reliance services.

My no. is [protected] my balance has been deducted by Rs.6 by the time it was night. I am unable to contact customer care cell as call is disconnected every time i call.Please pay heed to my request as early as possible

I am frustrated by calling reliance complain number 198. My number is [protected]. I have complained lots of time, and they took my complain twice and given complain numbers[protected] and[protected] first and second complain respectively. But I did not get my complain solved. The fact is on 16th I was charged wrong and my whole balance was deducted from my account. My number [protected] was in roaming from 7th September to 16th September. May be on 8th September i made a call and on 16th again I made a call, then also I had balance around Rs 34 and some paisa left on my account. On 16th September I recharged this number with Rs 34, an sms pack at around 7pm. It was activated also. But at night I got two sms from reliance that my account balance reached the level of Rs 15 again that it reached the level of Rs 5. When I checked my balance it was just Rs 0.04 left. That day only I complained customer care they gave me the first complain number. Then on 17 an sms came that the complain is solved and found that i was charged due to making of calls. I complained again and they gave me another complain number which is the second number. At 19th September I checked the status of the complain number[protected] which was showing that it is closed and solved. But I did not get my balance back. I called Customer care again and one of their executive said that the balance deducted for the activation of a service something he said Mr. And Mrs. Perfect will be paid back to my account by the night and the service also will be terminated. But Till now 11 am of 20th September I did not get my balance back. Today also I called them and now they are saying that no wrong deduction was done. So I request you to check the complain and verify it and justify the matter please.
