Reliance Data Card — Wrong billing,bad service & Harrassment

Hi

I had bought a reliance data card in the month of May (end) 2008 for Rs 2650 on a plan of 2 months subscription free and renatls charged according to the plan then finalised at the end of 2 months.I had updated the Customer Service with the plan i would want on july 2008.Inspite of the same they had updated the default plan and sent me a invoice billof the same.I had again made it clear to the customer service saying that this was not the plan updated for, this cycle continued for 3 to4 times.Finally i had to visit the nearest reliance Communication outlet to give a complain & request to terminate the connection.It was heights that even after that i had been recieving bills for the same.With the Customer Service turning deaf to all teh complaints.Now after 2 months i.e on feb 2009 i have received a Legal notice for petetion to present before teh permanenet lok adalat!!!...This is heights of irresponsibility from the company's side...How can they simply sent a legal notice with no mistake of the consumer at all ...Is this some new way of drawing money from people...???...i would want this to be taken on priority and resolved at the earliest...

bad service,
I had bought a reliance data card, first two month it is working properly, after that it is not working .I gave so many complaint in saidapat reliance office but no response from them, again made it clear to the customer service saying that you contact near by office for other clarifications. Any how for last 3 months paying my bill without using internet. Finally i had to visit the nearest reliance Communication outlet to give a complain & request to terminate the connection. Till no respone from the company side they are playing with me(if call customer care they asking to contact near reliance office but when i went to office they are saying to contact customer care). this is too bad...
not received original bill and close my data card, so please start my data card and send me my data card bill and any dues my email : singer.[protected]@gmail.com

we have received bill for the month of june -09 monthly charges 199/- bu extra amount added 172.80
Request you to please resolve the problem 172.80 added amount

we have received our reliance data card bill period[protected] to 06-07-09 of Rs. 410=10/- our mobile no.[protected] but extra amount added 172.80 this amount is not clear please give me details this amount

I had a reliance data card and I have a plan of 10 GB day and 10 GB night for 1200/- Rental

My Data Card No. is [protected]. I am watching regularly Reliance Web site where his option is available "My DATA USES" . I received Data Card bill and I see you are telling me my Data uses is 25 GB as per Reliance Bill but If I see your site and upload my data uses 08 May to 9 June 2010 as per Reliance Web site my total download is 8 GB.

Regularly see the reliance web site my data uses i have allready hour wise my uses "Provided by Reliance Web Site" and I have all record of this same. and i have allready done complain in Customer card but they are not responding me. I had given many reminders but they are not responding me. i had send all the documents and proofs of my data uses as per his site.

I received Data Card bill and I see you are telling me my Data uses is 25 GB as per Reliance Bill but If I see your site and upload my data uses 08 May to 9 June 2010 as per Reliance Web site my total download is 8 GB. I don't know how is possible. and Before 10 days i regularly see your site and check my uses but you are giving me a bill o[censored]ses is 25 GB I don't know how is possible.

I am also enclosed Screen Print of your site page "total Uses".

!!!...This is heights of irresponsibility from the company's side...How can they simply sent a legal notice with no mistake of the consumer at all ...Is this some new way of drawing money from people...???...i would want this to be taken on priority and resolved at the earliest...
