I have purchased Electronic Products of worth Rs.31,574/- Bill No.C9898 from Reliance Digital, City Central, Mangalore on 14th Sept, 2010. I purchased the Product no:[protected]Airtel DTH Activation). I contacted more than 3 to 4 times but i haven't received proper customer service. After contacting to Reliance Digital again, then they had send a person and he told that there is no proper signal for this Product from the house. So i returned back the Product to the Reliance Digital. The Incharge Person, had taken back the Product and didnt give any Credit Note and rounded in the invoice bill that Credit Note Issued. The Incharge Person told that inreturn he would give the same worth of Gift but he didnt give and told that i can purchase other product in exchange of that same worth within 6months anywhere in India from Reliance Digital only. On 26th Oct 2010, i went to purchase the other product from Reliance Digital, City Central, Mangalore in exchange of the Product Code:[protected] but now he is asking the Credit Note, which hadn't been issued to me. The Argument went for the one hour, and saying that he gave Credit Note with Barcode and saying that it is a cash. He didnt gave me any credit Note with Barcode, if he had given the Credit Note then where is the proof of received signature of the Customer. When i asked, should i loose that Amount then the incharge person said, "Yes, U r a looser" and u have lost the money. Reliance Digital when delivered the LCD TV and Washing Machine for the same Invoice Bill, he took the signature of Delivered. Am not at all satisfied with the management, the response i got was negative. I wanna ask a question to Reliance Digital, Is this the way Reliance Digital treat a Customer? The Incharge Person not taken any action on our issue. There is no proper customer service. Kindly, do the concern on my issue. Was this information helpful? |
