I think same is happening with me, time and money spend on following them is mentally harashment, Even Reliance Digital is not ready to refund.
Really fustrating when you are on tour on face this issue.

I am following them since 1st February 2012 by mistake it has mentioned 1 st April 2012. They ask me to call to executive and his manager and both are not receiving calls.
and customer care is not ready to register complaints.They did not started connection but generating bills and are not ready to refund 800 rs which I paid for MTS data card plan. They keeps the call on hold and never registered complaints and will never give you complaint number.
