DEAR SIR MY NAME IS SAROJ KUMAR, I HAVE PURCHASED A AQUA SURE WATER PURIFIER FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL BHUBANESWAR STORE ON 5TH OCTOBER 2013 AND THEY CAME TO INSTALL IT AFTER 5 DAYS AND THEIR ENGINEER SAID THAT THE PURIFIER IS FAULTY AND I SHOULD COMPLAIN FOR A NEW ONE SO I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN. WHILE CONTACTING THEIR SERVICE CENTRE THEY ARE TELLING THAT WE HAVE THE MACHINE TO REPLACE BUT AS THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEIR HIGHER SIDE SO THEY CANNOT CHANGE THE NEW ONE. THEY ARE TELLING THE SAME STORY SINCE 18 DAYS AND NOW THEY ARE NOT LIFTING THE PHONE CALLS FROM MY NUMBER. SAROJ KUMAR [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
