NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM RELIANCE AS THEY ARE THE DUMPING GROUND FOR ALL BELOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. NEVER BUY THEIR PROMOTIONAL OR SALE PRODUCT. THEY ARE JUST DISCARDING EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON GULLIBLE CUSTOMERS

THEIR AFTER SALES IS EVEN MORE WONDERFUL. NO FOLLOWUP, NO FEEDBACK AND NO COURTESY

100% I agree with u. Recently I purchased VOLAS AC. After 5 days it is not working ...no feelings or service after many complaints and phone calls...ha ha ha.. I got a show peice worth of 25000/---

100% agree with all. Recently I purchased Samsung AC and during installation we found the product was defective. After regular follow-up finally I got it replaced and guess what it is almost 25 Days but not yet installed. Interestingly whenever I tried to contact the store manager he is always out of town for meeting and even more interesting if you write any mail to [protected]@ril.com they never respond, They even don't bother to care about the customer call or visit.
