I have purchased samsung tv in Reliance Digital Showroom, Annasalai, Chennai. At First Purchase, Customer Service and Communication to Customer was good. But Second Purchase, Customer Service was too BAD. Delivery of Product not on time. i requested for delivery on next day of bill date. they told it will deliver before 4 PM tomorrow. But they schedule the delivery after 3 day from the bill date.
AFTER BILL PAYMENT, THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER.
CUSTOMER IS LIE TELLER FROM THEIR END.

The issue has been resolved today (30/06/2011).
I am thankful to Aneekat (from Reliance Quest, Noida )for the DEMO he had given about the INALSA Food Processor .
Truly Aneekat is perfectly good in his field .
