I have recently purchased a Samsung AC from Reliance digital Hyderabad KPHB store.
After installation , they have forgot to install the AC remote holder.
Apart from this I have AC malfunctioning intermittently.
I have called the customer service and store 5-7 times and the response is one of our representative will visit you soon.
I have logged a request in Customer service with malfunction complaint.

I have even made a personal visit to your store, but till now no one from Reliance has responded.
After 30-40 calls, I got the reply that they still have [protected] status as In Progress and no body is attending as the service must be done by some representative from other location. I got this reply from Bowenpally Reliance digital service center. Need to contact Malakpet service center and after 4 repeated calls and follow up one representative visited our house to look at the issues, Was this information helpful? |
