[Resolved] Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. — Faulty product | |||
Sir, I have bought HP Wire less key board from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. 1st Floor, Fun City Mall, Plot nos. 29 & 31 Shahadra Delhi-110092 on 06/10/2012 vide cash memo C8850 #0025 18:23:19 6OCT2012 Salesman ID60099254. The same is not working since the day of purchase. I have contacted Reliance Digital for necessary needful but no positive reply has been given. I had been given some fake HP service center number which was not concern to that. In this connection, I point out the shops like Reliance Digital sell the things with so many assurances. After that they do not help customers. Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. Fun City Mall Shahadra Delhi-110092 is one of them and it is hopeless one. They simply believe in sailing products. Sir, I have written to Reliance Digital as per above, no action since been taken till date. Hopeless Reliance Digital. It is just fooling customers.

Reliance Retail — faulty product
I had bought a KENT RO system from reliance digital Gurgaon shop. The piece is faulty, and it is now 15 days from the date of purchase - not able to use the product. Mr. P. Chaudhary([protected]). and CRN manager Mr. Varun Sharma are keeping me as a hanging drop position and not listening and acting onto my request. bill no-C7430 dated 1/8/10 at time 13:51:58 hrs.Mr Varun sharma also threatened me to not to complaint to higher authority or else he wont issue me another machine.
Sir, I am at a very miserable condition, do have a look into this matter and either change my machine or get me my money back.
Mr. Chaudhary and his team is just ruining your reputation.
