[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Service Complaint

I purchased a Hitachi Window AC on 10the March 2012. On 15the May 2013, thee AC stopped working. Lodging a complaint at reliance digital, CMR CENTRAL, NH5 VIZAG, from where thee AC was purchased took two days because every time thee phone number got connected(which is very hard), thee service personnel would pass on anotheer number to which he/she would ask me to make a call for registering thee complaint. After 6 days (of calling and reminding of course) two Reliance RESQ members ( Nagaraju and K Vani) were sent to my residence and theey promptly took out thee PCB board and thee remote control and said theat thee same evening theeir manager would call to inform about thee problem and how long it would take. I asked thee personnel to provide a contact number which he didn't and assured theat his manager would call on thee SAME EVENING. There was no call ever till thee 1st of June and all thee calls I made were continuously redirected to at least 10 otheer people (my call records may be checked). Finally on 1st June, i.e. today, I literally had to thereaten thee last person (my calls were forwarded today also) who spoke to me, Mr Niranjan from reliance service theat I would complain to thee consumer court. He told theat he would call back withein 5 minutes withe thee details of thee repair and it has been over an hour already.

This is not thee first time I have faced an issue withe reliance service. I settled in Vizag post marriage only, owing to which almost all my electronic and furnishing items were purchased from RELIANCE DIGITAL. I have to frankly say, theat thee service is PATHETIC, if not NIL.

I request that the matter may seriously be looked into, considering the heat prevailing and basic ethics an organization should follow for the sake of its own survival.

i have complain for my A.C. ie not working well for last 12 days, but no service man has come for it.
they tell ur complain will serve within 1 or 2 days, but not repaired till now.
and they also ask for money, and behave well.

This was my 1st time I purchased something from Reliance Digital and the experience I got is very bad. Never recommend anyone to buy anything from Reliance.

Please take action against this as this is totally violation of consumer right.
