I had bought two Panasonic split ACs from Reliance Digital in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj in the end of March 2011.
I was given two resQ Care Plan booklets for this purchase.
Looking at the impressive coupons inside, I booked for a Window AC service with the Gurgaon, Ambience Mall service center ( Tel.[protected] on 26th April, 2011. The job No., I was told was [protected] and that the service engineer would turn up in 24 hours. After waiting for the engineer for two days, I called several times but the phones were never picked up. I gave up and made alternative arrangement for the service. To my surprise, yesterday (3rd May, 2011), that is after 7 days (!!!) I got a telephone call from Reliance Service asking if the job has been done!
