I have purchased 1 Cannon 1000D and 1 Voltas 2 star window AC from Ambience Vasant Kunj on 26 March 2011.
My issue is the AC was delivered to me on 27 March 2011 and the technician from reliance came to install it late night at 11 PM on 27 March 2011 and while installing the AC fan was found broken and the remote was not functional as well. As per the technician it was a minor problem. How can I accept a broken AC ? Also he didn't came with the job card with him, I had written about the defected piece and remote not working on his furniture fitting bill which is the only thing he gave to me. At mid night 12 I could not call or visit the store to tell about it. Could you please help to get my faulty unit replaced asap. As it was a gift to my mother and father.
